Brahma is an idol and - as you know but my not remember - the scriptures tell us who is behind them.
With me, with the prophets, with Jesus, with the apostles …

But like you, they are part of the mission field.
To be fair Brahma has lost a bit of his mojo.
Hindu followers apart from a scattered few have put him on the back burner and don't really worship him anymore.
It's Vishnu and Shiva that are flavour of the month nowadays.
It's a bit sad really for poor old Brahma after he supposedly was the creator.
I know that the thread is about atheists/atheism but this stuff above contributes to the atheist position when it's looked into and read about.
I think that Hinduism is the world's third biggest religion, correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's around 15% of thé world's population that subscribes to it.
I treat it the same way that I treat Islam Christianity/Mormonism and Judaism.... With skepticism.

Believe it or not, you still have an appointment with Jesus. Everyone does.
And I treat you like a none believer in all God's but one.
I just don't believe in one more God than you so we have quite a lot of common ground.

The misconception that atheists are bad people and just want to sin, I'm not saying that all atheists are good people but the generalisation still remains.
I don't stand outside churches mosques or synagogues trying to convince worshipers that their God doesn't exist, I just get on with my life.
I'd love to find out what drives some Christians to spread the word? And on that subject, is it true in your opinion that people who have never heard of Jesus (like indigenous tribes) are safe from judgement?
And if so, why not leave them be instead of sending missionaries? Because if they don't accept Jesus they're then at risk.

They’re at risk whether missionaries speak with them or not. However, I do believe in the wider hope.

No. It informs me. Same for homosexuality.

It's not up to you to present an argument for your none belief in fairies, it's up to the person who makes the claim that fairies exist to present their argument for the existence of fairies.
There are countless things that people don't believe in, nobody has to present an argument for their none belief in Bigfoot.

I'm presenting arguments for my beliefs on other subjects but they're beliefs.... Atheism isn't a belief.
