as long as you apply the teachings of the Bible to some imaginary tomorrow, and insist upon the bad definitions of the counterfeit provided, you will end in confusion and strife, i think.

so, for an example, you might find “you, going to heaven after you have died” in the Bible somewhere, and work from that

According to the Holy Bible:

1. Repent, be baptized, and believe the gospel.

2. Learn and continue in the doctrines contained in the holy scriptures.

3. Walk worthy of the vocation and do good works.

4. Endure to the end.

Since we can't go to heaven by our works, then what must we do to go there?

Nothing?

We do what the Apostle Paul told us to do, "walk in the Spirit."

That means that we depend on the Holy Spirit to guide us through this life by our faith in what Christ did for us.

Faith in Christ gives the Holy Spirit the legal right to operate in our lives.

Without Him we have no hope, but to have Him we must exercise faith in Christ, the legal grounds in which He operates.
