Its really no big deal. Its interesting to hear where people are camping out in their studies. Sword is in Eph 2... Great chapter... He just made a boo boo.

I just got done studying Psalms 46 and 47.
Great testimony!Yes, love Eph 2..but my fav is all of Colossians ...I read it regularly.
My old dad loved the Psalms. The night he died he had his bible..he had oxygen and could hardly breath, his lungs were filling up. Yet he sat there , propped up in bed, reading Psalm 86 out loud ..struggling to breath.
He always read the bible out loud. I stood outside his bedroom listening and full of emotion. Bless his heart, he died a few hours later.
I kissed him on the top of his head..and danced around his bedroom waving my arms , declaring over and over..- "Dad you did it, you are HOME, you have walked through the valley of the shadow of death...Praise God! "
I waited an hour , then called the funeral home.
Ps 116 "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints."

Love Colossians too. Eph 1 and 2 are real special, but my favorites are Romans 4 through 8. It really is tough to pick out favorites. I also spent a large amount of time in II Peter. Great stuff.
No you are misquoting healing here. Jesus never said healing you added that in by mistake. Its really important to correct this now. He saidAgain, it seems that rejoicing in Salvation and the preaching of the Kingdom of God is preferable to rejoicing in the power to heal and power over the enemy.
No mention of healing. all it means is demons are so far below you and Christ20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”
Ha! When I read that I thought..."why Romans 4-8.., why stop at 8 , the rest is so wonderful...then you wrote...."tough to pick out favourites" ...:) I so agree.
I love Hebrews.. but then again, when I want exciting history, I love both books of Kings . Your are Soooo right....impossible to pick a favorited .....whatever I am reading 'at that time'....is my favourite !!![]()
So lovely ! Yeah there is something special to speaking His words out loud and hearing them back in our ears. Wise dad, resting now in the arms of our Beloved.Yes, love Eph 2..but my fav is all of Colossians ...I read it regularly.

From Luke 10:
17 "Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.”
18 And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.”
Verse #9 says (towards the seventy): " And heal the sick there,..."
Again, it seems that rejoicing in Salvation and the preaching of the Kingdom of God is preferable to rejoicing in the power to heal and power over the enemy.
Who said that you or God?Healings, miracles, being raised from the dead, visions of Jesus, will not change a person's heart to repent. "Moses and the prophets" (the Word of God) will.
So, it seems as if the Samaritan was not only healed, but also had saving faith. The other nine were only healed of leprosy.
Spiritual healing is more important than physical healing.
