I'm not. I was an unbeliever and was constantly blaspheming the Holy Spirit because, I assume, the Holy Spirit was drawing me but I would not believe. Of course, I did believe eventually through nothing less than a supernatural experience.
I guess the point is that you can stop blaspheming the Holy Spirit.
Every believer goes from darkness to light because all fall short.

I am a huge fan of testimonies and many many people that were deeply entrenched in sin murderers, witches/satan worshippers are now His sheep.

But not everyone will be saved. How do you account for that?

Jesus wasn't addressing believers, but Jews under the old covenant. They were in danger of committing the unforgivable sin, presumably for attributing the miracles Jesus was doing through the power of the Holy Spirit to beelzebub. He did not say they had blasphemed the Holy Spirit, but that they were in danger of doing so.

So perhaps there was a distinction between them accusing Jesus of using the power of the devil, and accusing the miracles themselves.

Also I do not read this as Jesus simply warning about rejecting him and the Truth. But something more specific to the context of what they were accusing.

And those men were under the old covenant when they were warned. So, it must be possible for anyone to blaspheme the Holy Spirit.

I find it unusual that an unbeliever would even recognize the work of the Holy Spirit. But God in general is blasphemed all the time, and that is nothing unusual.

What was written, "The name of God is blasphemed among the gentiles because of you."

I can only give opinion here. but those who knew Jesus was the Messiah (the pharisees) probably had sealed their fate earlier, for they had fully rejected Jesus as Messiah.

In order to speak ill of the Spirit you would have to know that one is filled with the Spirit. People ignorant or taught badly can be forgiven if they accuse someone of doing things under the spirit to a demon. that is ignorant.

the Pharisees knew full well jesus was Messiah! He had accomplished the three miracles the Pharisees taught only Messiah could do. that is why the crowd turned to the Pharisees after Jesus cast out the demon from the deaf and dumb man. And in the Greek it was more of a rhetorical question where they were expecting a positive answer.

Jesus said that some people will not believe in a Man ! now he was understanding of such, but one can not attack the Holy Spirit for it's pure ! not to mention Christ Jesus is also the Holy Spirit ? But he that works to undermine the Holy Spirit is condemned !

If one has an issue of relating to Repenting of your Sins, clearly such a one is serving Satan.
