I'm looking through lists of skin diseases to try to figure out what this is. Possibly crusted scabies? If it is crusted scabies it is treatable but requires medicinal treatment for a few weeks.

I don't know what sickness it it. It has affected his lift eye and he cries at interval. His malaria level is also too hight 720/mm3. The hospital sack us this evening and now left to ourselves. It seem like the hospital just called us, collected he little i had and let us go. It was a wrong decision to go to the hospital but God know why.

We have gone back to where we came from. The only hope i had was to start up something with what was donated to me by a good Samaritan but. Here we have no protocol. It is a world of survival of the fittest. You bath when you see water, you eat when you see food. We don't use body lotion nor ointment.
This child came to the street and found interest in me. I started guaranteeing sleeping space and food for him till i took him to the hospital for a minor sickness that became what we am facing today.
Honestly speaking, if i had known, i wouldn't have taken him to hospital. It has changed nothing but hospital has taken all the money. The money would have started a small business for me and with the hope of a decent accomodation and why not a decent life

That was when we determined that you should take him to the doctor with some of the money and use the rest of it to try to survive from day to day until such time as God directed you as to what to do.

I net only a few hundred dollars per month most months and it is a very meager existence with no extras and a lot of praying for what I need from day to day. I can’t even afford internet but use someone else’s internet. This month I subsisted on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and soup and some coffee but I got by. I didn't tell them. The bill were more than the amount. I only paid the essentials. We were not in the hospital but a clinic. Just that when i so the degree of what he was suffering, i couple not withhold the money

I can’t help you any more than I have. I have no money with which to help you.
We have a woman here who cannot even afford heating oil for the winter and many of us live hand to mouth every day of our lives but God gets us through. We are not suffering through the civil war you are at this time but I think we are getting closer to that. many of us here are very physically poor yet somehow He makes a way if we continue to trust. I don’t know what else I can tell you to try to help you other than I did in our private discussion. You just need to trust Him and keep asking Him for what you need. It is the entire life with God to just learn the obedience of trust. That’s our only real part - to just trust Him for our temporal needs as well as the needs of our whole soul.

How do you know his name is Samuel? I did not see that posted anywhere…and in our pm’s he always calls him the little man.
