Yes!!! God does draw all to Him as HE is unwilling that any perish But you are free to reject God's love=your choice!!

Yes!! Men have free will unto salvation===choose to believe=====For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. Romans 10:10

Mark 9:23
"If You can?" echoed Jesus. "All things are possible to him who believes!"

Romans 10:9
that if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 10:11
It is just as the Scripture says: "Everyone who believes in Him will not be put to shame."

Also he is the only one that can make our hearts receptive.

And He can only do that with our permission. The power is all of the God, but He gave the choice to us. This where God limited Himself. Men must turn the reins to their own hearts over to God. Likely this will have to be done more than once for God to get all the work done in us that needs to be done.

I think he is working on everyone's heart, but it depends on how receptive they are to acknowledged love (The relationship)

If people desire the opposite and pull away from his spirit, then he will continue to work with them till the very end.

I don't know about that, if they actually desire to work against the Spirit I see no hope for them. This isn't succumbing to temptation like other sins, it is a willful turning away.

Why should God be unfaithful if we are unfaithful.

God is not unfaithful. People effectively get what they ask for. The children of Israel wanted a king to be over them like the heathen around them had kings. God warned them against it through the prophet, Samuel. They insisted and God gave them what they wanted to their regret. God is not respecter of persons. We really do continue to have what is sometimes called "free will". It means we are free to choose God's Way or our own ways. If we have trouble choosing Him, we can ask and He will help us to make the right choice.

Right.
