John 1:1- In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
2- He was in the beginning with God;
3- all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.

Now Trinitarians have Triune Tunnel Vision, focusing only only the "with"!

Do you have to explain "WITH" according to the English language, throwing in Church Lingo?
Moses was referred to as God, the angel to Gideon is referred to as God- so we have in biblical language the fact that people representing God are referred to as such.

The Bible speaks of God creating all things THROUGH Jesus- according to the English language, or do we have to throw in Church Lingo, to make the dogma 'make sense'?

You forget the term God refers to a person and also a nature or essence- deity.

And the Word with is important for God inspired it to be there. also the phrase in the original is "and the Word was with
THE God" To define it as the person we know as God the Father. then it says that the Word was (is) God. Both occurrences are "theos".

Now learn why "the God is in the accusative and God ini part B of that compound phrase is in the nominative and what that means and then you will know why trinitarians accept Jesus as equally god in essence or nature with His Father.

John 16:1- All this I have told you so that you will not fall away.
2- They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, the hour is coming when those who kill you will think they are offering
a service to God.
3- They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me.

This is a thoughtful reference for several reasons.
Unlike his brief reference to the holy spirit in chapter 15, he NEVER speaks of the spirit as he does his God & Father.
He NEVER prays or honors it, never speaks of the "3" of them together, never encourages any to honor, or worship it.
Here, as he ALWAYS does, he talks about God as a separate PERSON completely, SENDING His spirit (breath).

Acts explicitly states God, in his unitarian nature, raised Jesus from the dead.
And of when Jesus said He would raise Himself? This means that Jesus is God, since He would raise Himself from the dead?

Much love!

Glad you ASKED!
Did "GodJesus" raise 'Himself', while still ALIVE?
Did "GodJesus" raise 'Himself', when DEAD?

Answering a question with a question is another deflection. It's becoming clear you do not want to respond to the material I've posted.

Jesus said, referring to His body, that if they destroyed it, He would raise it again in three days. Jesus - His Words - said He would raise His Own body. Do you think He did? Or was that a lie?

Much love!

Age old Catholic mantra- STILL not in the Bible...
Maybe not your bible. But I believe many have proven the fact it is in the bible beyond any question.

You can shake your head all you want. It does not make it factual that there is not three persons of the godhead.

I'm inviting questions, but not for their value in deflecting from yourself an obligation to answer the questions already posed. A conversation just that, words with words, your's and mine, not like a ping pong ball, like a dialog.

You wanted to talk about Trinity, let's talk about Trinity. We've already agreed that God raised Jesus from the dead, yes? Now, Jesus said that He would raise His Own body from the dead. Do you think He did? Or was that a lie?

Much love!

No. That’s reading into the text. The idea that Adonai alone is God, using singular pronouns 10,000 times should not be casually laid aside to fit your doctrine.

I would get my wife a refill is not the same as Being B actually doing it.

John 17:4- I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do.
5- And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.

Trinitarians sometimes latch on to this, saying he was God before becoming man, and temporarily gave up godhood....Where does it ever say anything like that?
Please SHOW me! Is that too much to ask?
It DOES tell us that he was God's Spokesman (Word). And since men are described by God as a little lower than the angels, it is clear that just being in Heaven was Glory- then being alongside God as the Word- and given the honor to make all creation, as directed by his Father- it's plain to see what he was REALLY referring to without inserting vile clergy-thoughts into scripture!
