Thats not What Jesus said

John 3: 18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Nothing about being baptized or not. Everyone who believes is baptized by God Mark 16: 16 is spirit baptism performed by God not water baptism performed by man

and again When John called Jesus the lamb of God what sins did jesus take. to fuflill the law?

Mk 16:16

there are 2 groups here
Those being saved:
Those not saved:
The requirements are different for each group
And they have nothing in common

and Jesus does he who is not baptized is condemned, cos he requires baptism
He who believes AND is baptized shall be saved same as acts 8:36-38

That is where you are dead wrong. We are living in the "already and not yet" state of salvation. It is state between the physical and spiritual realms. There is a tension between the two where things in God's realm are already done but in ours, not yet. We live in our physical realm. Christ died in our physical realm some 1989 years ago. He paid for our sins on that CROSS. In Heaven He redeemed us, before we have fully realized it, before we were born. Heaven is outside of our time domain. Our salvation is complete there. It is a done deal. We haven't fully consummated our salvation yet. We have not been resurrected into new bodies, nor entered into heaven. In a sense, the moment we believe in Christ, we are spiritually transported back in time and our sins are nailed to that cross. And we are also spiritually resurrected with Christ and become born again. If we believe that Jesus died for our sins and rose in the third day, we are saved now. Redemption is Christ's work. HE paid our debt. The Holy Spirit comes along sometime in our lives and creates and gives us the gift of Faith. We are justified by faith. We are made righteous by His blood. It is not our righteousness that we achieve, it is His righteousness that we are given.
Salvation is spiritual, God ordained it to be. We died to our old self already. But we still carry around the flesh where sin dwells. Wait a minute, Christ washed those away.
He died for past, present and future sins. This may be hard for you to get your mind around. His sacrifice was sufficient. We dont have to burn sins off somewhere else - it's finished.

what is the it?

Your right there are two,groups

1. he who believes is not condemned, these are saved

2. He who does not believe are condemned already. The non saved group

God does require baptism, the baptism of the Hs,

why do you continue to place the baptism performed by man over the baptism performed by God?

There is only one Christian baptism
It is Gods work
Ez 36:25-27 (God is speaking) I will sprinkle you with clean water....

Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

  1. John 3:16
For God so loved the world that Hegave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:18He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

    John 3:36
He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

  2. John 5:24
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he whohears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life amazing
  3. amazing no mention of the word baptism in any of these verses, why did God leave this very I important act out if it is required? Only to put it in mark 16, unless water baptism is not the baptism of mark 16. In fact no water is even mentioned, so looking at all these verses, mark 16 can NOT be speaking of water or Jesus contradicted himself period

Your right it’s gods work. He baptized me into Christ.
My pastor baptized me into water. Not Christ, he did not have that power. No man has the power to take you back 2000 years to immerse you in Christ

1) so when are you gonna start believing?

2) when are you gonna believe all Christ and His holy church has taught?

3) are you going to believe until you die?
Jn 3:16 Believes present tense must be a perpetual state of believing

Christian baptism is a complete ritual of justification and grace thru the merits of Christ and his passion blood and death

1. I believed over 40 years ago
2 because I believed I was given eternal life
3 since I stopped being a non believer. My condemnation was removed because I was redeemed by the blood of the lamb

When are you going to stop trying to save yourself and allow God to save you?

Um no. That’s like saying Jewish circumcision is how they were justified and washed

Paul made it clear it is spiritual circumcision done by the hand of God through spiritual baptism if the Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead Col 2.

1. I believed over 40 years ago
That’s good but it’s not past tense
Believes

2 because I believed I was given eternal life
in Christ in his church thru grace
Or in a state of grace
Member of Christ
But not salvation Matt 24:13
Rom 13:11

3 since I stopped being a non believer. My condemnation was removed because I was redeemed by the blood of the lamb

As all men are

When are you going to stop trying to save yourself and allow God to save you?
It’s all God work in Christ thru grace in the church new covenant
