Leviticus 18:25.
Even the land has become defiled, so I am punishing it for its sin, and the land will vomit out its inhabitants.

(Mother nature has had enough of us I think)
"Mother nature" is God... or in this case the Left Hand of God or Satan. On this we may agree! Look for His Right Hand!

I have no grievance with science. When I was in high school it helped me to focus. When I went to college my first major was in science. I still believe that pure science can be a good thing. Can anyone discard all of the results around which seemingly came about by means of scientific applications? Not me!

People cannot find God through pure science because of missing pieces and wrong starting points. Nevertheless people apparently do, as you indicate, find a lot of things through science such as this computer in front of me.

Science does not solve people's worst problems. Which scientist should we trust to solve today's problem with what is called Covid-19? Who has enough scientific or other knowledge to decide which scientist or even group of scientists have the best knowledge and are trustworthy with regard to what some have named a pandemic? Not me!

I do not believe that the problem with Covid-19 is only one of science. What are we to do then when after centuries of apparently scientifically based "advancements" continue to have some very serious problems? Is this not in spite of the best ideas, theories, solutions or "facts" that scientific minds can offer. What is best? How would I know that?

Are there any people on this forum who act as if they either have, or know who among men does have, the best solution to the Covid-19 problem?
Other than a scientific approach to the Covid19 what do you suggest?

My answer is through God alone. That can result in receiving a shot or not receiving a shot. Where is a person on the road and what is it that God has before that person?

Paul wrote for us to not be equally yoked together with unbelievers [see II Cor 6:14], but in the very beginning of the Book of Hosea we see God telling a man of God to marry a prostitute. Paul's words are usually right, but we need to be paying attention to God in case He wants us for His reasons to follow a different pathway in this moment.

Jesus said that His sheep hear his voice. Do we really or is the voice of our favorite preacher or our parents or some other man coming to as the voice of a stranger? [from John 10:5]

There's a verse in the Gospel's that reflects what you are driving at. It's when people become so pedantic over the most insignificant issues, that they don't pay attention to the landslide coming there way.

(It's the verse about swallowing a camel)

Even so...

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also." Matt 23:23-26

I am not doing this. I am not going to become trapped in a theological discourse with you that will never end.

So stop then! The choices still remain for you ultimately as Jesus called it:

"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon." Matt 6:24

Don't like those choices? Try to find another!

Then believe that and enjoy the time allotted to you with that place in "mammon" for that is still what I see.
Like you know what God will or will not do concerning everybody who does or doesn't gell with your theological belief system.

You know you can fit the whole Bible on a standard 1.44mb floppy disk. So the God of the whole universe has no more knowledge to add to our society than 1.44mb worth.

I do know some things while other things I believe. Sometimes I may be uncertain of the difference. The Truth of such a matter comes from God and some things are definite as they are shown to me. Not having the same connection I understand that you do not believe me. Just think on the impossible. You want more than that you may receive it but it is only to be found along His Way. That last sentence of mine is one of those definite things.
