I agree. If they end up facing the Packers in the SB they'll have come full circle. KC met the Packers in the first SB. If they meet again in this one in the 21st century I think that will be pretty cool.
Oceanprayers, I'm almost old enough to remember that game. The first game I ever watched was Super Bowl II, Raiders vs. Packers. I rooted for the Packers because I thought "Bart Starr" was a cool name for a quarterback.

Hi all,
I do not follow football but am happy if our team wins, as it seems to lift others spirits, lol. So, will Buffalo choke yet again do you all think? I notice it's not mentioned in the posts, that I have read anyhow... :)
Nancy, Buffalo is my backup choice in the AFC. This Colorado boy finds it really cool that y'all have a QB from Wyoming.

I'm not that old. But I do remember when Lyle Alzado was a back for the Oakland Raiders in whatever # SB that was. ;)

Here's my Pre-Playoff pick (could be wildly off, but here goes):

I'll take Tampa Bay vs New England, with New England winning.

Bill Belichick confuses Tom Brady so badly on defense that Brady decides to go into retirement, and considers becoming a sports announcer, LoL.

Anyone else with any guesses? :)

I Stopped watching the NFL when they started politicizing it. But if Tom Brady is healthy, his team has to be the favorite to win even at his age.

I think he loses in the big one this time. And yeah, I almost stopped watching because of that as well. Making a big deal about of one or two homosexual players, and then the whole protest thing both made my stomach turn a little bit. But the product they put on the field is SO good that I'm still a huge NFL fan. Best entertainment on the planet.

No. :) And boy would it be nice to see Buffalo fans win the Super Bowl. They'd be ecstatic, LoL. Best fans in the world.

I like your fans. They deserve a winner finally. :) And Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the league right now. Many just don't realize it yet.

I remember Alzado with the Broncos in '77, the first year they went to the Super Bowl. The team had never even made the playoffs in 17 years of existence, and when they started winning, the whole state went crazy. Those were exciting times!

Thanks brother! Yes, it would be nice for this city, for sure.

Hopefully he will live up to that...

I grew up in Boulder, which is 30 miles NW of Denver. I live in North Carolina nowadays.

That's just it. :)

I remember watching a Saints game when they went up there and beat up on the Bills pretty bad, and after the game fans were in the parking lot kinda joking around about it and stuff, but in good spirits. I thought, "Now those have got to be the coolest fans I've ever seen," LoL.

I suppose after spending two decades getting beat up by New England, that will kinda do that to a fan base. But seriously, the Buffalo faithful are great. Fans like that deserve a winner.

I assume we'll see a lot of the famous tailgate parties as long as the Bills are still alive in the playoffs.

About tonight, too hard to pick but go Cardinals. I like watching Kyler Murray run, and I'd much rather see them advance. It's like watching a little bullet, LoL. He was even worse in college. Amazing little dude.

I expect the Rams to self-destruct. Arizona in a rout.

LA would get it together now, LoL.

Hey, did you ever get a chance to watch the Manning's doing Monday Night Football this year? I only watched it once or twice cuz you end up watching more of the Mannings than the game, but sometimes they can be pretty funny. They had this guest on, some long time friend from Hollywood or something, and he was saying how he wouldn't mind having a Manning on his team cuz they never can seem to find a good quarterback.

Peyton paused for a moment, and then said, "Yeah, well my dad's stud fees have gone up considerably."

LoLoL!!

His dead pan jokes can come off as just hilarious sometimes, LoL.
