I don’t sin since being born again and I am perfect because I have counted all things but dung and sacrifice what must be sacrificed (my ego, my fleshly desires) in order to follow my Lord! I take up the cross daily and follow my savior who suffered for me on the cross!

Scripture confirms this!

But to those who think what I just wrote is obscene, it just shows how much of the truth of the scripture has been taken away from them through the abundance of contrary and cunning teachings using good words and fair speeches.

Scripture confirms that what I said is possible. If you think it’s impossible, then YOU DON’T BELIEVE THE BIBLE because:

“the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” (1 Corinthians 2:14)

Also, few (if any) will agree with me because:

strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” (Matthew 7:14)

Boy am I on fire with the Spirit this morning!!

Hallelujah!

You do not sin. One person out of all the other people on this board, is perfect and doesn't sin. Okay, you can believe that if you desire. Thank you for sharing, I do not have much to say to you because you are perfect I guess, like Jesus Christ himself.

Whatever brother, take care.

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:48)

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.” (John 14:12)

1 John 1:
7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

8If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10If we say we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar, and His word is not in us.

Confess and forsake!

“He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” (Proverbs 28:13)

And then once Christ takes ALL of your sins away, then you can fulfill this scripture if you surrender all to Jesus:

whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.” (1 John 5:18)

Otherwise the wicked one is in touch with you through your flesh.

Bro you can't play Sola Scriptura with me.

You are deceiving yourself if you say you have no sin. That is what the John says...

I am done now thank you.

You are. So please stop thank you, you are just citing scripture to justify your position.

Doing that to me is doing a disservice to the what the Bible states.

You are going to be responsible for your own life before God, and I respect you as another individual living and breathing.

Hope that you have a good day thank you.

Newsflash!! Everyone sins daily. And 1 john is quite clear, anyone who says they dont, is NOT saved. This is where truth comes in, if micah thinks he doesnt sin, he is NOT saved.

I agree.

But:

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

And once confession is made, you are sinless by virtue of Christ’s atonement.

And then you are born of God and this is the evidence that you have indeed been born again:

“whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.” (1 John 5:18)

But you must surrender all and take up your cross to see this happen for you.

What is your cross?

Suffering in the flesh by denying its desires; as though it doesn’t exists.

Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

The law doesn't deal with ALL SINS.....

Jesus expanded upon this when He said....

Mat 5:28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

The issue with the law, it is was given to control the unrighteous. It never dealt properly with the "heart of men"......

Yes, it does. Jesus magnified the law.

The reason most people, including believers are so very endlessly confused about "sinning and confessing" and "do i still sin"....etc..

1.) You have not yet understood that the only part of you that is a "CHRISTIAN".....is the part of you that is BORN AGAIN.

A.) That is only your SPIRIT.

So, when you begin to realize that your body and your mind is not born again, and they are not the "Christian"........ then you have taken your very first REVELATION into the spiritual eyes of your understanding.......which is.....>"the REAL YOU< is not your body or your mind"...Its your Born Again Spirit.

So, when God looks at the born again, He does not see your sin, because Jesus has already paid for it.
He does not see you, as you see you.
God sees only what He has REDEEMED that is your "born again Spirit".

Listen..
When you read that the born again are the SONs of God........notice that is the "born again"...
What part of you is that, reader?
Its not your body or your mind.

So, your "born again" Spirit is the CHRISTIAN.......not your body or your mind or your behavior.
This means that when you do something that is a "Sin"......its not your Spirit that did it., and that is why Romans 4:8 is talking to the real YOU, if you are born again.

Everyone sins.

And @Lifelong_sinner

Only those who are obedient servants to sin:

“Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.” (John 8:34)

“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?” (Romans 6:16)

Serve God (in truth).

Don’t serve sin.

You cannot serve both.

“No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.” (Matthew 6:24)

I see, you’ve crusified the flesh.

all of the non-elect will be thrown into the lake of fire

And the elect who have trodden the savior under foot in willful disobedience will join them!

“Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?” (Hebrews 10:29)
