Why does God give people over to a reprobate mind?

One of the few problems that I managed to avoid. I never had to wonder if I was reprobate before "but God" [Ephesians 2:4] ... I knew it for sure.

If one goes back to the OT, God paints a clear picture of who and what it means to be a man and to be a woman. He explains what a man needs to THRIVE ... work and affirmation. He explains what women need to THRIVE ... Proverbs 31 (an excellent wife).
Homosexuality (the lifestyle forced by the act) render the God-given THRIVING impossible because it warps the fundamental definitions of the roles and needs to thrive. Therein lies the greatest penalty ... greater than AIDS ... when a "man" can no longer BE a man and a "woman" can no longer BE a woman. They cannot possibly THRIVE when they have thrown away the instruction manual and are misusing the equipment (not merely sexual) that God created them to be.
The reprobate mind; doesn’t care about God. God gives them over to their own desires this has to be due to his unconditional love now and for all people in which he has sent his Son to die for.
God gives them over because there is nothing that he can do with a heart that doesn’t desire Him, he still does desire them even when they are unfaithful, at least that is what I think, and believe.
It’s the fleshly ways compared to the spiritual ways.
“For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. The reason the behaviors listed here dealing with the Flesh are mentioned that they can’t inherit the kingdom of God; what does that mean?
To me it means that fleshly ways can not do the will of God; but by the Spirit of Christ within someone: by faith they are able to do the will of God (which is ultimately understood as God working through you; to love and wait on God and to love others (even in their own state within the flesh of the world itself))
The flesh though it’s hard and difficult to manage in fact it will always fall short and the reason for Christ to get to the Father.

Only God, the Lord Jesus and reading scripture is the only way to renew the mind of a person, which a person shared when lead by the spirit.

Yes, they're literally sick in the head-
"To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled" (Titus 1:15)
And unless they repent before they die, they've had their chips because it'll be endgame for them-

Ah, but what if their bad vibes (and the bad vibes of all nonchristians and atheists) are disrupting the beautiful harmony of the universe and triggering disasters like tornadoes, earthquakes, floods etc?
"The floodgates of the heavens are opened,
the foundations of the earth shake...
the earth is violently shaken...
so heavy upon it is the guilt of its rebellion" (Isaiah ch 25)
So do you think God uses terrible incidents to kill gay people or something or all the murderers now today?
Or if all the gays got out of California the fires would stop?
Like I said I don’t care. What people do with their given body is between them and God.
When it comes to earthly disasters to me they are nothing more than simply natural disasters; I don’t believe God does it. But God does take away the one who’s breathing breathe away when they die.
There is one thing I do believe happened materially though in the AD and that was dealing with God letting his wrath go on the nation of Israel. For what reason? For killing his Son.

1- Let me speculate- The bad vibes churned out by GLBT's and by millions of nonchristians could be disrupt the natural harmony of the earth causing tornadoes, floods and earthquakes etc which affect us ALL, not just GLBT's and nonchristians.
2- Therefore we should care that GLBT's activities are contributing to it, but instead it's being promoted by our morally degenerate western countries as being 'normal'.
3- Let's speculate further- If our 'reality' is just an illusion or 'dream', we can regard Jesus as a 'Master of the Art of Dream Manipulation' bending our reality to produce what seemed like 'miracles' to people.
So if reality is a fragile dream, GLBT and nonchristian bad vibes must be seriously disrupting it.

Just as in second thessalonians it explains quite well , why GOD allows a strong delusion to be sent so as they can believe a lie and be damned .
again , ITS CAUSE THEY DID NOT accept the TRUTH . The problem lies not WITH GOD but rather with men .
BUT I GOT GOOD NEWS . COME TO CHRIST JESUS and ye shall have eternal life .

See, Jesus was telling us that 'reality' is not fixed and immovable, but can be bent by prayer power..

Oh, as one may also know faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
It's a good thing God loves all people unconditionally!
The aspect of being a Child of God has its merit, just as being a Son or Daughter of God.

For sure it is the desire of the LORD that all would come to repentance . But mark my words , GOD does get angry and eventually
HE will destroy .
I do have a rather interesting question for you .
What would you tell a muslim if he were to approach you and say , YE must believe in our god in order to have eternal life .
Would you say to him , ALL paths and all religoins are accepted with GOD .
Would you nod and just let him believe his path is fine .
OR
OR would you actually TELL him he needs to repent of his religion and come to CHRIST in order to be saved .

Gods wrath and anger was poured out on the nation of Israel, so… I don’t think or believe God is angry anymore.
I have spoken to a Muslim, I talked about Jesus and we were both respectful and talked out of love about the Lord. He just didn’t believe Jesus was resurrected or had paid for sin but he believed he was coming back.
I love my friend; and it doesn’t bother me his own grow up decision of sharing what he did with me.
All us are grown up here… all individuals responsible to God. I’m not God and I can’t read hearts.
