I know what you said. Repeating what was wrong the first time does not make it correct. See post #6 & #11.
I could say likewise! If you don't believe that God used types then you are missing out on a lot of understanding of the Scriptures. For example, the whole sacrificial system was a type, a foreshadow of things to come. As Paul said in Hebrews 9:9 :

LSV:
(9) which [is] an allegory in regard to the present time, in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered, which are not able, in regard to conscience, to make perfect him who is serving,
YLT:
(9) which is a simile in regard to the present time, in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered, which are not able, in regard to conscience, to make perfect him who is serving,
KJV:
(9) Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;
WEB:
(9) which is a symbol of the present age, where gifts and sacrifices are offered that are incapable, concerning the conscience, of making the worshiper perfect;

And again in verse 24 (KJV):
(24) For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:

Paul also said that Adam was a type of Jesus too, Romans 5:14 (MKJV):

(14) But death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is the type of Him who was to come;

Peter said that Noah and his family being saved through water was a type of Christians being saved through baptism, 1 Peter 3:21 :

WEB:
(21) This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you—not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
YLT:
(21) also to which an antitype doth now save us—baptism, (not a putting away of the filth of flesh, but the question of a good conscience in regard to God,) through the rising again of Jesus Christ,

etc..

Just because some things are foreshadowing does not mean there is as much foreshadowing as people often want to read into it. Evidence is how the Jews got wrong what the Messiah would be like.

What is in view as 'the church ' here ?

The biblical church that is NT local and visible or the so called 'universal, invisible ' church.. which is not in scripture?

Every believer or all redeemed.. isn't 'the church' yet.

It is not assembled as one yet.

What is assembled is the local NT church. The local body of believers down the rd.
