Its interesting that He has not come to my Threads, in about a year.
MaryMOG has been around them, since then, but not too much.

When i was first here, BrdOFLFE was on them all.
Then, we had this discussion, where BreadOfLife was trying to prove that the water that was under Noah's Ark, was SALVATION., as He's been taught that the Water is His Savior. (Baptismal Regeneration).
So, i pointed out to him that the WATER was drowning the world and if Noah and Family got in that water, they would DIE.
They would DIE.
Then i asked Him to notice that the ARK was keeping Noah OUT of the water.
He didnt like that comment., and told me that im "ignorant".
Then i showed Him that Noah's Ark is the place of Safety from that WATER of JUDGMENT, exactly as the Cross of Christ (made of wood) is the BELIEVER's only place of safety from hell and the lake of fire (the 2nd Death).

The next time i heard from BreadofLife, was 2 days ago. So, its been a while.
So, i guess he forgot.....
I hope my photo helps him to remember the mess he's in.

The RCC is highly dangerous . let no man , woman , child sit under it . But we ourselves had better KNOW our bibles well .

If you confess your sin to a congregation

Evidence your position is flawed is that you keep changing the subject. No one said to confess to a congregation but to one another.

Two examples: my friend and my wife. Both devout. Both admitting sinning. My friend has an online addiction. Admitting it to people he trusts helps him repent.

Denying born again believers sin is not helpful but antagonistic to the church.

Actually it was the ARK that provided protection for noah . THE WATERS CAME TO DESTROY . YES indeed . You are correct on that .

So this would imply that Christians lives sinless lives, or that they were never Christians.....that's not what the passage is teaching here....

Sinless perfectionism, when you get saved, you quit sinning, sinless perfectionists believe that when they get saved you "grow" in sinlessness until they reach a point where they don't sin anymore, others would say, we don't sin because it is not us doing sin, it's our flesh, because the new nature cannot sin.

Which one are you advocating?

Christianity is not about sin, its about "Christ in me, the hope of Glory".

its about "being in the world but not of it".

Its about, learning how to walk in the Spirit, and that is not a willpower situation, that is a revelation knowledge situation.

Re read your first line . then remember what paul wrote . WHO we serve IS WHOSE WE ARE .
Too many are lip only and they wont make it . THEY love sin , they honor the dark rainbow
they even believe GOD is fine with all religoins and all paths . THESE DO NOT KNOW GOD NOR CHRIST .
They walk in darkness . THEY say THEY KNOW HIM but walk IN DARKNESS . THEY LIE .

You can't stop being born.
Not of your mother, and not of the Holy Spirit.

To have become a Christian, is to be BORN.......again, and that is not related to what you think later., as what you think later, occurs after you are born again.
You can have "dead faith" after you are born again but you can never stop being born again, as this is caused by God's Holy Spirit and is eternal.
Having dead faith, is not the same as having dead salvation, as JESUS is salvation IN the born again, and He's not going anywhere.
The born again are going with Him.
We're already there....'IN Christ".

If a person who is born again Christian, like DEMAS, leaves their faith, then that is all that is, as they can't stop being born again, as faith does not continue spiritual birth.
God does.
Jesus does, as hes the "author and FINISHER of your FAITH".
