We went our friends house and had enchiladas. They were muy bueno and I had said not even 24 hours before that I wanted some Mexican-themed food. :)

I had a big healthy salad that I made healthier by adding ample amounts of ranch dressing. For desert I had a supreme pizza that I washed down with a very light, finely aged coke.

I had green Thai curry for tea tonight on Jasmine rice... ^_^ mmmm

For dinner tonite, hasn't arrived, but since I'm working, I'll assume lots of greasy fried chicken batter and perhaps some actual chicken.

Just slow cooking some corned silverside right now [corned beef] and about to add some vegetables... :)
