Hot dogs and pasta salad tonight, but ribeye steaks on the grill for Labor Day tomorrow! Woo hoo!

BA, I need to start drinking meal replacement shakes very soon. It's getting quite out of hand. Pointers?

Ribeye steak tonight with boiled new potatoes , corn on the cob , fresh garden tomatoes.

Midday I had 2 cucumber sandwiches with creamery butter , and a can of Herring with fresh diced onions and toast ,

For some reason I had left-over chili and toast as an early breakfast (mistake)

As well thru the day I had at least 7 coffees with triple sugar and triple cream (real cream) and of course my daily ration of 30-40 cigarettes.

True confession

Lol. That sounds really colorful.

My day off was composed of:

brekkie: nutri-grain
lunch: 1/2 steamed chicken, 3 slices of bread, 2 apples
dinner: diced lamb and beef with rice

Oh, and in-between, I had about 500 grams of chocolate. :p

Made a rolled pork roast, stuffed with sage and onions, including all the trimmings - roast potato, Kumara [much like a sweet potato], pumpkin, broccoli in cheesy parsley sauce and gravy - along with apple sauce.

Hmm..,.I'm tossing up at the moment. Haven't had dinner yet. Might be mince and cheese pie or bangers and mash. [that's sausages, mashed potato and mushy peas - it's an English thing]...
