Yes, I believe we can. The bible says the flesh lusteth against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh. Like you mentioned you were at one time, as a born again believer, struggling with things such as pride and behaving badly on forums.

How I understand this, we are seated in heavenly places as concerns the new man, our inner man - which I believe is our heart/spirit, but we are in process of putting the old man under our/Christ's feet and walking in the life of the new man. Old man I believe is the realm of the soul and body....body is self-explanatory and is not in the heavenly realm since it is perishing and will perish one day. (Yet we have a new glorified body laid up for us that will not perish.) Soulishness is linked to the flesh body, being emotions/feelings, carnal mind and our own will. These all need to be sanctified, ie, brought into submission to Christ, under His feet. And maybe that is where you are, if so, praise the Lord - but I don't know for sure either way from this side of my computer screen, and am just trying to understand how you're understanding things and compare with scripture.

If you understand what you are saying here and believe..that’s fine...I haven’t the faintest idea what you are talking about with respect....so will leave you to your own theology .God Bless.

No I haven't read the entire thread, I don't keep up very well any more. The reason I was mentioning Behold in particular is because he is the one saying that born again believers can't sin, and yet here he is, a born again believer behaving badly towards the flock of Christ.

You have the opinion that my correcting Legalism, is to not treat Legalist's with kindness.
But you are wrong about that.... as if i didn't try to bring them out of it, THEN... im "behaving badly toward them".

If they are in my actual Class and are trying to create their carnal chaos, then i'll try to deal with them, to get them to Listen.
If that keeps failing, i'll have them get up and leave, and they can run along and enjoy their cult mentality and their carnality, but not in my Class.

There are "works of the flesh"... that Christians do........and lying about me on my Threads is one of them, for example.

So, here is the reality.....
What "behold" does, is explains that : "where there is no law, there is no sin"..
In other words, if there is No Law that says.......>"thats a sin", ....then the deed is not defined by the law as a sin.

See that?

Remember...., the born again, are "not under the LAW, but under GRACE", and Grace does not define the Christian as anything but = sinless......"made Righteous".... "a new Creation, in Christ".

The Christian is always """ made free from sin"""", because there is no LAW that has dominion over us anymore (the born again) that can define a carnal deed as a "sin", and this is because Christ has died for our Sin and God has "imputed" the righteousness of Christ as "OURS".
So, when you do something that is Carnal... and you are a born again believer...
= That is a "work of the flesh". "Its an occasion to the flesh"...... that is committed while the believer is always "under Grace". "Being NOW made free from Sin".... always "made Righteous".

See, in the Kingdom of God, there is NO LAW and NO Commandments......and the born again Christian is in the KOG.
The Law and Commandments are made for the Devil's kingdom, where the unbelievers exist.
The KOG is not any of that, so, it does not need Moses or the 10..
Does God and Christ need Mose's Law, and the 10 Commandments? Not quite.... And they are the Kingdom of God... as its a SPIRITUAL Kingdom.

We, the born again are '""IN THEM">... "in Christ and "one with God".
This is to be "Under Grace"... "Being NOW made free from sin".... because = "Christ has redeemed us from the Curse of the Law"

What is the Curse?
Its the dominion of the Law.........its the Law's "right" to define your carnal misdeeds as "sin" and you as a "sinner".

This is Gone.... because... "Christ has redeemed the born again from the curse of the LAW"., and all the born again are in the KOG.

"Christ is the END of THE LAW....for Righteousness".

A.) where there is no law, = there is no sin...no transgression, and the born again are "NOT under the law, but UNDER GRACE".

This means that being "in Christ' always makes you, keeps you, "being NOW made free from Sin".

This means that your carnal deeds are "works of the flesh".

How did Jesus accomplish our Eternal REDEMPTION from sin?

1.) "God hath made Jesus TO BE SIN....for Us".

2.) "" Jesus is the one time ETERNAL Sacrifice for sin".

We were freed from sin on day we were birthed once and for all.....our sin is hidden in Christ...God sees our sin NO more...it’s been forgiven.

We are now under grace as a born again..in order for that to happen, one must be birthed in the Spirit.

I have no idea what you are trying to get across here,..sorry @Lizbeth I am n the righteousness of Christ, there is NO SIN in a Born Again, period , one would 100% know this, if they had been birthed in the Spirit....as soon as we are birthed/ regenerated, we are set free from all sin, past ,present and future , my sin is hidden in Christ.....a true born again imo/ belief knows this......the rebirth is a supernatural birth that only the Holy Spirit can do...the only people who understand what I’m talking about when I speak about the rebirth is Behold and Marks...the rest are silent.a true born again knows 100% that the Holy Spirit has taken up residence in their heart / spirit...100% when they have been spiritually birthed.my belief.

When I was birthed and set free from sin by the Holy Spirit...the burden of sin was no longer mine it was on Jesus...he took all of my sin when he was nailed to the cross.....that’s how I was able to be birthed in the Spirit, because Jesus died for my sin.....and I didn’t even know I was in sin...not until I was birthed in the Spirit...this is my testimony and belief 100% and it will never change.

My faith is also a living faith.....God’s word is Alive in my heart...and I’m sure I err at times like we all do.

Brother with respect..and being fair in my humble opinion.....there has also been another Male on this thread,in fact two males....oh my , how they turn if you don’t agree with their theology......what comes out of their mouth....even I never argued like that.
So very,very personal......anyway I will say no more.....it’s put me off commenting as well.....I just feel sad ....it really upsets me......I believe when one is very passionate about the word of God and his truth,I see this happen many times on forum life...with different theologies.....

Essentially those are joined at the Hip............as the Heretics teach that God's Grace as understood correctly = is actually teaching "License to Sin".. or OSAS
This Phrase, OSAS, was created by an unbeliever.......and the Born again, millions of them, are deceived by that teaching.
This is related to not understanding the Blood Atonement, so,...... that OSAS idea,.... twists the Grace of God into the heresy that its "license" or "cheap grace"...
There are usually many Threads on all forums just Screaming about "OSAS".

Sinless perfection, a similar cult idea, is again based on not understanding something about Salvation. And in that ignorance, this "SP" idea, takes root in the theological mind of a believer, and from that moment, they can't see "made righteous" or actually understand "In Christ" or "one with God"... = As..... "Now being made free from sin" = "always".
They get that "SP" stronghold in their mind, and its nearly impossible to remove it.

The Heresy of Calvinism is the same. Forums are infected with it, and once that is going strong, Paul and the Holy Spirit have left the building, a while back.
