Yes. Samuel's statement is a general one that applies to ALL people.

THEY DID NOT hear the gospel either . IF one hears and one denies i shudder in total fear for that soul .

Yet you seem to have zero problem judging what i say . Rather odd where todays love has led folks too .
I never said anything of the sort about not praying for them or desiring them to come to Christ .
I mean REREAD what i wrote . I said I AM gonna tell them about the dire need to beleive on Christ .

Correct-God doesn't need us, but don't go soft on erroneous doctrines brother and the pun on humility is noted-not one inch of pride here since I am a sinner, saved by grace such as yourself.
As of late there are many doctrines that is "just not right" and that might include me-but to compromise on what stands written?

For the people of the flood that hadn't heard of Jesus or the plan of salvation, Jesus visited them in spirit prison to preach to them. So it would appear there is some truth to the idea that salvation can come for some after death. But I have little hope for those that reject God.

That God has "devices" in plural just means He has many ways of bringing souls to the point of being willing to receive THE Way. Eg, believers have many different and unique testimonies of how they were saved.

It's dangerous to try and form a doctrine based on one scripture like that. Rather, that passage needs to be understood in light of other scriptures...the whole counsel of God.

What does the following mean to you?

1 Timothy 4:10 For to this end we toil and strive, because we have our hope set on the living God, who is the Savior of all people, especially of those who believe.

To me it means that He is the Saviour of the nations not Israel and the Jews only. He is the Saviour of the world, of those from the whole world who will believe and accept Him.

My understanding is that Mary is the earthly, biological, mother of Jesus. However, Jesus preceded Mary and so she is NOT "the mother of God". She was a servant of God and a vessel.

He's also full of wrath against His enemies. This is the age of grace when forgiveness and mercy is offered but it will come to an end. There are vessels of His mercy and also vessels of wrath. The Lord has shown us His mercy in the person of Jesus Christ....whoever receives Him receives mercy, whoever rejects Him will receive wrath. There is salvation in no other Name. What does salvation mean?

Please consider this carefully:

Rom 9:21-24
Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,
Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

And before anyone dares to call God unrighteous for destroying/judging His enemies, consider also the verse that precedes the above ones, which says "Who are you o man to talk back to God?"

I do believe the bible, very much. It clearly teaches that all who believe will be saved, not those who don't believe.
