Aww.... Bless your heart, and the seat you rode in on.
You can defend it all you like. I couldn't care less beyond a feeling of sadness for you and Catholics like you.
Let me put it like this, so that you and
@Marymog and anyone else might understand my perspective if interested...
I don't concern myself with regard to the question of if people are gay, or transgender, or addicted to drugs or alcohol, or if people are Mormon, or Catholic, or nudists or ride blessed motorcycles. It's their (your) business. I think of them all the same way. -They are messed up, mixed up, and misguided in their thinking and their practices. But it doesn't really affect me. If they (you) want to wear a dress and high heels, or a robe and fancy hat, or strap on leathers--- I don't care. I don't participate.
If any of them want to play, make believe, and pretend something or other-- go ahead. If you want to believe one thing or another? -Feel free. I don't play along. For a man to think he's become a woman and to go fix his face for tea with the Pope-- it's mental illness. I'm not going to join that tea party. I'm not going to play along. And I'm not going to play along when a man puts on a long flowing robe and pretends that by saying a few magic words he turns bread into flesh. Your game of pretend, is your own. Not for me, thanks anyway.
Don't tell me I have to. I don't have to condone it in others or twist myself into a pretzel to explain myself, nor do I have to defend the acts and actions of some sick man I follow. As with all the rest-- I'll leave that to you.
