The devil always mixes truth... with lies.
That's why so many are deceived by these big time preachers... a lot of what they say is true... but they have lies mixed in that deceives people. A little leaven spoils the whole loaf.
He's pro calvinism so if one does not understand that calvinism is not biblical, then they will be sucked in by false teachers such as Voddie Buchanan by their smooth words which causes many to not notice the poison hidden inside.
Just because this world is getting darker and is headed towards the most destructive ever in the history of mankind... does not mean Christians have failed at anything.
God said the world is passing away (1 John 2:17) and the Lord is not calling Christians to save the world and to save governments... we are to be making converts and disciples preparing them for eternity (see the Great Commission)

A man accused of rape,who believes what he's stated about children,and believes in beating them, (spare the rod), and believes in dominating a woman under the label of husband because she is to be subservient as wife, is vile. And yet the one you defend who doesn't actually know anything about him,or that,posts a video of a man going on about his view of homosexuality. Which in her/his opinion was enough to qualify as worthy of posting his screed here.
When asked if they had read the information they did not know about that man they do not know they said, they don't need to. It's their faith.
Which they prove when they attempt to insult my intelligence in another post.
That you're not aware of their behavior makes your defense of them rather odd. Their passive aggressive doctrine is not of Christ.

So he's an evil genius out to get me? WHat you're forgetting is that no one has all the answers. No one is right all the time. Even if I did hear someone say something that I don't agree with, I am able to keep the good and throw out the trash. Besides, what's so hard about being able to spot lies?
Even the Disciples after Jesus's resurrection. Jesus was popping around to the different disciples and giving them glimpses of Him and the truth, what just happened?! And all the disciples had to get together and compare notes. No one had all the answers
I've done a lot of praying for discernment and wisdom & understanding, so not to brag, it is the Lord, but it would take an evil genius to trick me about the Lord! Charles Stanley is ok and the other guy, Voddie. I didn't hear him speak anything that I disagree with.
I told you I am unfamiliar with the man. And I have never been a Calvanist. But I'm getting better at spotting lies because tis' the season. I had some body language training once upon a time and I like it so much that I emptied the library of every book on the subject and kept studying it, Lol. Kind of a hobby I guess. But with praying to be able to discern good and evil, and the wisdom & understanding, with liberal applications of digging into His Word...you bet that I hold some things to be true where most do not.
Which isnt a surprise. The world has gone insane in the last 4 years or so. Ah the good ol' days were the 80's! But to practice reading people and body language is easier than ever nowadays, lol. Just turn on the television and practice until your hearts content!
A fool-proof way to tell if a Politician is lying...Look at him real close in the face, and if his lips are moving then he's lying!
I'm not fond of Andy Stanley. He seems to hold to some different things than his Father did not.

That has nothing to do with God's Word and some one anointed by the devil to spread lies will have great body language that your training would say shows he's telling the truth.

If I hear anyone say anything about the Lord... I take it to the Word of the Lord to compare what they said with what God's Word says.
Even if it's a topic I have not studied much and don't know what God said in His Word about a particular topic... I go to the Lord in prayer and request that He teach me from His Word concerning the topic and then leave it at His feet
Typically after that it's not long before the Lord starts bring scripture references to me concerning the topic so I can tell if the person is speaking in agreement with God's Word or in opposition to God's Word.
There's plenty of examples out there if you do your research. But you won't hear about it from mainstream media sources who are themselves biased against Christians. That's quite a mischaracterization of events. She expressed her biblical beliefs on human sexuality at a Christian school, no less. So, let me get this straight. Expressing Christians beliefs at a Christian school is hateful? What?
Somehow, it's unreasonable for that university and you for a "Christian" college group to require its leaders to uphold Christian values. Would a Muslim college group be condemned for the same thing? Doubtful. Those non-discrimination policies are actually designed to discriminate, especially against Christians. You claim your faith as a Christian, yet I have seen no evidence of that. If anything, you attack fellow Christians for actually following their Christian beliefs. Here's an inconveniente truth: God also discriminates against sin.
That was an actual event organized by Our Rights DC that was later cancelled. Look it up.

I think we should have expected Christian schools and colleges to turn Apostate after learning of denominational churches falling in that manner of condoning sodomites. Some church officials even perform a ceremony to call their sin a marriage.

I was unaware that Christian beliefs included false witness and discrimination.
I did and found that the organizers said on their site:

So the claim about ""Murderous violence from transgenders" just isn't true. (what a surprise)
But now WHY was the protest canceled?
It was canceled because the protest was receiving thousands of death threats. Threats law enforcement deemed credible.
You profess to be Christian but reject the Christian Bible that says gays will burn in Hell fire FOREVER. Is that supposed to make sense? YOU are the one who is lying, to yourself!
Paul didn't lie when he said gays will burn in Hell fire forever and ever and calling gays VILE and SHAMEFUL.
