Can I ask for some people to pray for me? I’m still not sleeping. I took something last night to help me sleep, it didn’t work and it’s made me anxious

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your many manifest blessings. I'm so grateful for this online community where we get to know you better and love your children better.
I pray you see the diverse needs of your children and bless them accordingly. Some need to grow in Christ. Some need to discern your word. Others need to be healed from past wounds. Then there is the Big 3 - financial, relational and health challenges. Father, I lift them all up to you, including RLT63 difficulty with sleep.
You know Father that we can live longer without food than without sleep. I pray that upon reading this that RLT63 is overcome early this evening by heavy eyelids and suddenly realizes he needs to go to bed and once there sleeps a long and deep sleep to restore his body, mind and Spirit.
I ask this in your son's mighty name. Amen!
It feels like a weight has been lifted off of me. Feeling much better

When a person has physical problems they have a minefield of issues ahead of them. You know what ya call a doctor that finishes last in his class…..Doctor. The medical community is full of incompetence….really ....Beware.
Judge a book by its cover. You have to look into it and find a good doctor and hospital. I have had friends killed by doctors….no apology was given. It does not matter if you have insurance to pay for the medical bills if the quality of health care is incompetent…it can do more harm than good.
Medications…..Oh my Gosh!!! Big Parma is a billion dollar industry and they do not care who they maim or kill. You see the commercials advertising medications….they are dancing and singing and then the possible side effects are maiming and death.
They are trying to program people and doctors to take the risk with out compensation….for deadly side effects. Deadly brain infection and strokes….it would be different if they stated the possible side effects and said we will pay a million dollars if you experience these side effects. It is a billion dollar industry they can afford it. It is part of bussiness, there is no free lunch.
For example; I have type II diabetes and my doctor prescribe Novolog…It took my legs out for five months (wheelchair) with extreme pain. I mean the kind of pain that most people could not take. Then it was Ozempic and that took my eyes out for 3 months…. uncontrollable eye movements. No apologies given. Now both of these medications are expensive and usually highly effective, but I am one of those people that did not react to it well. Investigate medications. Know what side effect to look for.
Another issue is health insurance…..expensive and they are not all good. Investigate the health insurance companies. And by the way Medicare is an insurance company….they want you to pay the taxes and when comes time to sign up, you find out they want to sell you health insurance.

I’ve been having sleep issues since 2008. If I get 4 hours I’m good
It started when I went two weeks without sleep. I got on Ambien. It caused issues. I left the house one night and wrecked my truck and didn’t know how I got there.
Tried different things and got on Klonopin and it worked. But it affected me during the day so my doctor started cutting it back a little at a time. I went from 2 mg down to 0.5 mg. But I couldn’t go any lower and sleep.
When I was trying to get a new job 16 months ago I quit taking it because it will show up in a drug test and the law changed and I would have to see the doctor every 30 days to keep taking it.
I haven’t slept good since

i wonder if any food or teas have the same effect as would klonopin .
