I believe in the 'Gr RHEMA "word" that was written into my heart by the holy spirit of Christ in me. I am a living epistle.
2Co 3:1 Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some do, letters of recommendation to you, or from you?
:2 You yourselves are our letter of recommendation, written on our hearts, to be known and read by all.
:3 And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living
God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
:4 Such is the confidence that we have through Christ toward God.
:5 Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God,
:6 who has made us sufficient to be ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills,
but the Spirit gives life.
Jer 8:8 “How can you say, ‘We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us’? But behold, the lying pen of the scribes has made it into a lie.
This last verse is why I do not WORSHIP the book. It is a book which has been translated and reinterpreted into over 900 translations according to 'The American Bible Society'. I read nothing in the bible, that tells me anything about 'which 1 of those translations' is THE one that "proceedeth (present tense) from the MOUTH of God". Even the 'original authored' books were written simply by INSPIRATION according to 'the bible'. That obviously leaves the 'written interpretation' up to those authors.

1Co 7:25 Now concerning the betrothed, I have no command from the Lord, but I give MY JUDGMENT as one who by the Lord's mercy is trustworthy.
1 cor 7:40 Yet in my judgment she is happier if she remains as she is. And I THINK that I too have the Spirit of God.
Let me end with, I do love the 'bible', and I have acquired many translations of of it, in my written library. A library started over 50 years ago.

That's true... as long as it is in agreement with what the Lord teaches in His Word and isn't in opposition to God's Word.

Reading the book, as it has been preserved down through history, despite many attempts to destroy it, to me means accepting what God’s word says as his inspired truth, (2 Tim 3:16-17) rather than the multitude of people who seem to have direct communication with God, and his spirit speaks a different truth to others who make the same claim…..
How does anyone discern a “truth” when it has so many different expressions? Who do we believe? How many “truths” are there?
God has made sure that his word has survived against all odds, because it is still with us through the power of his spirit, teaching one truth, which is accepted only those whom God invites into his spiritual family. (John 6:65) Without that invitation, truth is lost, and confusion reigns. This is why Christendom is the most reprehensible part of “Babylon the great” (Rev 18:4-5)……she alone claims to serve the God of the Bible and yet she has carved Jesus up into so many disunited pieces that “the body of Christ” now resembles something we see in a butcher’s shop. (1 Cor 1:10) God’s spirit unites his people…it does not divide them.
Where did YOU get this idea from? The Spirit of the Creator leads me into truth, be it found in the bibles or outside them.

See, most of His Threads post a false premise, .... as that's his game here on the forum, other then coming to the forum everyday and finding some 2 yr old Thread or older that he posted, and bumping it.
He's really just a Christian agitator, and nothing more and nothing less.
See, He has a dislike of the Bible, and will try to prove its filled with errors.....
One of his Threads asks if the "bible can float like soap".
See, he gets a carnal kick out of doing this because He knows it agitates Real Christians.. and the Mods will just let it roll....
He is also a Universalist, which is a Satanic theology that teaches that you dont have to be born again on earth, you dont have to trust in Christ, on earth.........and once you die, everybody Goes to Heaven.
He loves to preach that on this Forum.....he does it all the time.
Look at this very Thread.
He's falsely stated that there are people out there who love the bible more then they love God and Jesus and The Holy Spirit, who all caused it to exit.
And in fact, its because Christians Love the Lord and God the Father,.....its this LOVE for them, that causes Real Christians to LOVE God's word... as how can you not love God's word if you love God and The Lord Jesus. ?
@St. SteVen , has no understanding of this, ... can't conceive of it.. and only tries to MOCK those who love God's word..
For @St. SteVen ... trying to understand why a CHRISTian, would TRULY Love the words of the bible where Jesus is found......is like a rock trying to understand a dog while.

He not someone who is new to the concept of Christianity.... He's someone who became captivated by a lost of false teachings, that led him to want to come to Christian forums, and present Threads that spit on the bible, and mock Real Christians.

I'm glad for you. The idea that the Spirit would not contradict the Bible is found in many places in the Bible. But one such place is Paul's first Epistle to the Corinthians.
1 Corinthians 12:1-3 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware. You know that when you were pagans, you were led astray to the mute idols, however you were led. Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus is accursed”; and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
Here, the Apostle makes it very clear that a genuine acknowledgment of Christ's lordship is not merely a verbal statement but a spiritual revelation granted by God. Paul is pointing out that the content of a person's words—specifically their confession of Jesus as Lord—is a key indicator of whether they are speaking by the Holy Spirit.
The Bible provides clear tests for discerning true prophets from false ones. One key test is consistency with Scripture—a true prophet's message will never contradict God's established Word. Deuteronomy 13:1-3 warns against prophets who may perform signs and wonders but lead people away from God's commandments Similarly, 1 John 4:1 urges believers to test the spirits to see whether they are genuinely from God.
Another test is the fulfillment of prophecy—if a prophet speaks in God's name but their prediction does not come to pass, they are not speaking for God Deuteronomy 18:21-22. Jesus also emphasized the fruit of a prophet's life, saying, "By their fruit you will recognize them" Matthew 7:15-20

When God judges a person, He looks at their Heart, as its in the heart were the motives are discovered.
When Christians check the spiritual fruit of a person on a Forum, we are to look at what they are trying to prove with respect to Truth, or with disrespect to Truth.
So, we read their Threads that are trying to prove something, and when we see a trend, over some years......we know what we are dealing with.... and the Thread that you are on, is a part of a continuing trend that takes an offensive posture torwards the bible and real Christians.

In fact I was pointed that direction at one time, but never got to the place where the book replaced the author for me.
It comes down to motives. Look at why a person is investing themselves in the Bible.

If a Christian, who is found on a "christian" forum, is not enough of a genuine Bible Student to read the most common heresies that are taught on "christian forums" and confront them and deny them, then this Christian is not "studying to show yourself approved unto God".
Its Paul who coined the term "Heretic", tho not in the english language, and in Paul's day, He and all the apostles were confronted with false theology that tried to ruin their converts faith.
2000 yrs later, this is epidemic levels, including false bibles..
So, someone like you.... @St. SteVen , who teaches one of the most literally God-damned (Galatians 1:8)...false gospels ever created by The Devil ....that is SO much worse then the MaryCult's "baptismal regeneration" or " John-HyperCalvinism", TULIP ........as both of those at least recognize that a sinner has to be forgiven of their sin, by Jesus's blood and death.....or they die unpardoned and hell bound.
Your "Gospel" literally denies The Cross, and teaches that everyone is going to heaven......those who are Christians, and those who are not....
So, its because of people like you, who can send an unbeliever to hell, with your "gospel".....that Chrsitians have to know some BIBLE for the benefit of resisting false teaching on forums that can cost someone their eternal life, if they, for example.. believe what you teach on this Forum....regarding your false gospel.

From what I have seen in the world humans are not always best judges of character. I am not online enough to know what everyone else believes, so I can't make that judgment.
Still, you wouldn't marry a woman immediately after meeting even if you had been talking to her for five years online. Why?
Because it's not an accurate depiction of a person. Similarly, is it equally irresponsible to judge a person's salvation based on posts on the internet?
That's more critical. Why is the later more socially acceptable?
We are all learning until we die. It would not be responsible to hinder him.
I read the gospels and I don't see Jesus rebuking people who were willing to learn from him, even if they were wrong, I see gentle correction.
