@Eternally Grateful

I heard recently they supposed to be placing the 10 commandments in school again, I think its a bad idea personally but more children will come to see that, and maybe look into the bible perhaps.

Look at the book of John. How many times do you see the world love

actually lets use Jesus own words.

John 3 For I did not come to JUDGE the world. but that the world MIGHT be saved.

for God so LOVED the world. He gave his only begotten son that whoever BELIEVES will never perish but have eternal life.

Now I mean you want to Go judge. feel free. You want to pump your chest saying how glad you are and praising God you are not like the sinner. Go ahead.

But don't expect to lead many to christ.

God wants us to draw people to himself by loving them.
There is a love which seems right unto man but it cometh of the world .
Then there is the LOVE of GOD .
For real good examples of that love at work , lets read us some bible .
See how THEY did things . because this other love that many now heed is sensual
it cometh with only partial truths and yet is and has silenced the TRUTH
and correction . The only sin to it is, the light that does expose sin , the truth and corrrection that does expose
sin and error . That is exactly how so much sin and error has come within even christendom .

It's amazing how you continually need to make things up/falsely accuse people in order to justify yourself.

I would recommend genuine repentance on your part instead.

There are some people whom can be truly abusive on here, and they just don't see themselves as ever doing anything wrong ever period.

@Eternally Grateful. That's all right though. I don't need validation through people. That is the facts. I have to be convinced in my own mind concerning things.

"judging"..."condemning"..."Pharisee"...blah, blah, blah.

You live in a fantasy world where you continually falsely accuse others, and I know who is behind that (hint: it isn't God).

I am putting you on "ignore."

Bro you just sinned.

See, no one is perfect.

I think Eternally Gratful probably just like people who are transparent and honest....

And I get that cause there a lot of people on here that just assume they are perfect and they do nothing wrong.

I too hate that type of attitude myself. I don't hate the person but I hate that type of attitude.

They just think they are all that and a bag of chips when the reality is, you don't know that person behind the screen truly.

I'm not your "bro." From everything I have read in your posts, I am convinced that you and I are born of a different spirit/Spirit.

You are going on "ignore" too.

Having had lived in the same spot for 22 years, and having many different jobs.

I've seen many people come and go. Especially on the online atmosphere.

If people feel they don't need to interact with me, kick the dirt off your own shoes and just move forward.

And remember, there is only one sin which keeps a person from being saved into the Kingdom of God.

The evil heart of unbelief.

As Christians who were once sinners ourselves, it's not our responsibility to finger point. What we are meant to do is show God's love to people. If we show them God's love, the Holy Spirit will convict them of their sin at the right time.

How many of us came to Jesus because somebody pointed a finger and told us we living our lives wrongly. I know I didn't, it was a gentle push from the Holy Spirit that brought me to Jesus. I think most people would dig their heels in if they were aggressively told they were wrong in their life choices.
I'm not picking on you sister, just using your post as a jumping off point to have my say and try and try to clarify a could of things, because things often get conflated and confused so easily. I agree it's not our responsibility to finger point or to hate and judge those who don't know the Lord.

But I want to mention that choosing to not produce a TV show that normalizes a sinful lifestyle wouldn't be finger pointing or hate, nor would it cause anyone to dig their heels in their sin. Doing a show that normalizes and promotes Godliness and wholesomeness would be more pleasing to the Lord, while normalizing and seeming to promote a sinful lifestyle would surely be an offense against Him. And I would think if anyone is truly a believer they wouldn't be seeking to please man and special interest groups but seeking to please God.

Paul wrote that it IS our job to "judge" those within the church......those who are professing to be Christians while doing something that normalizes and promotes sin shouldn't be surprised to be called out on it by their brethren in Christ...as long as it's done in a right spirit it wouldn't be hate either, but is love for them and for those who their actions are going to influence in a wrong way.

Could be wrong but I'm guessing this couple were told they had to do this in order to get the investment $ and sponsorship that they needed to produce the show......it has always generally been true that most of the power and money of this world is in the hands of the unGodly. I'm sure these two are very comfortably off already, why they need to keep on trying so darn hard to make even more money is a question I have. Something seems to be driving them. Jesus said we cannot serve both God and mammon. It's scary what people will do for $$ once it gets a grip on them.....without exaggeration, it can make people willing to sell their soul. Well, there's a lesson for us to not give the devil a foothold.

1Ti 6:10
For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Former HGTV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines are facing backlash for their new reality show which features a same-sex couple.

They claim to be Christians, but "Back to the Frontier," is a show about three American families who attempt to survive as 1880s homesteaders, debuted on HBO Max on July 10. The Gaines are executive producers of the Magnolia Network series, the cable network they co-founded with Warner Bros. Discovery, which was promoted as featuring "family-friendly unscripted programming."

After clips of the show were shared on social media, the Gaines' were criticized by conservative Christian pastors, organizations and media commentators over the show casting two Texas dads and their 10-year-old twin sons, who were born via a surrogate.
Critics claimed the Gaines were promoting an anti-biblical lifestyle while they'd built a media empire professing their Christian faith.

Franklin Graham, president of Samaritan's Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, called the casting decision "very disappointing."

"While we are to love people, we should love them enough to tell them the truth of God’s Word," he wrote on social media. "His Word is absolute truth. God loves us, and His design for marriage is between one man and one woman. Promoting something that God defines as sin is in itself sin."

Entire Article can be read online at - Chip Gaines responds to backlash after Magnolia Network reality show features same-sex family
That is very sad, but not too surprising. Just what this world needs, another TV show normalizing and promoting homosexuality. This is what self-righteousness (virtue-signalling) leads to....it is not the righteousness of God. Can see with these things the truth of why man's righteousness is as filthy rags to a holy God.

Your hatred and judgment will push people away.

You want to be a pharisee. feel free.

I correct CHRISTIANS. in my circle. by comming along side, as jesus did.

sometimes we may need to have discipling. but we need to do it the way we are instructed. (1 person 1 on 1, then with a witness, then in front of the whole church, then if they do not listen cast them out)

but non believers. you think you will win them over by being a pharisee.. good luck

Hey I am not the one saying we need to judge non believers and call out every personal sin and condemn them hoping they come to christ.

Don;t talk to me. I am just showing what I see..

If you do not fit this (i have not seen this yet) then thats great,

if you do..

then my word stands

Oh, so now I'm a Pharisee? How about this instead:

You are a false accuser of the brethren.

Yea, that sounds about right.

You will be on "ignore" soon.
If your going out attacking non believers demanding they stop sin

then yes you are a pharisee.

if the shoe fits.. wear it.

I grew up with a pharisee father. saw many of my new brothers walk away from God because of it.

This is not from God.. If this is you, again, wear it. if it is not. My appologies

excuse me sit. I do not know you. But I know some people here. and they do what I am accusing them of

Go aghead. put me on ignore. see if I care.

it will not stop me from standing firm against people who think they have the right to judge others.

God did not tell us to clean up first. then he will think about saving us

He said get saved first. then HE WILL CLEAN US UP

Are you an idiot?
if not, then refrain from calling people "dude".
I appreicate that you are very young minded, but you really have to get past the "teen talk" years.
Time to grow up @Eternally Grateful
See, This is a "Chrisitan forum", not your FB page where you can play and talk to "dudes".
Understand?
lol. I am 60 years old my friend

And I call people "dudes" because they act like teenagers.

Like you do all the time. A bully is what I used to call them..

try listening to my message for once..
