Davy do you know what greatly concerns me .
That i see many who teach certain things
and yet they have even rejected the teachings of Christ .
Not saying you do this . But i have noticed people can teach all sorts of things .
Focus on meats and yet they do not even Know the basics .
What we must do is ensure people first know even the basics and adhere to the words of Christ and the apostels .
I have some questions .
Why is it so many are okay with so much remarriage
Why is it so many are okay with female pastors .
Why is it so many are okay with the prosperity gospel .
And why on earth are so many okay with interreligious interfaith , WHICH I KNOW lies to them false religoins as well as to christendome.
WHY is it so many are becoming okay with UNBELEIF in CHRIST
Why is it so many now preach universalism
Because i know what Christ preached , AND HE SURE said the word BELIEVE A LOT
as did the apostels who even shook the dust off their feet against those who failed to BELIEVE ON CHRIST JESUS .
IF we cannot even trust CHRIST , HIS WORDS , then we in deadly dire danger . Wouldnt you agree .

This is to counter Davies false teaching of ungodly survivors, left alive on earth, when Christ comes back.
He promotes that false teaching based on what he thinks of Zechariah 14, a chapter of symbolism, apocalyptic writings, not hard doctrine.

The above is what Paul speaks of when teaching of the coming sudden destruction.
Of the unbelieving, NONE will escape, ALL will perish on the Day of Christ to come, which is a day of vengeance and wrath on them which believe not, but a day of salvation for us who believe, Hebrews 9:28

Jesus quotes from Isaiah 61, but leaves off part of verse 2, specifically

'And the day of vengeance of our God;'

Why?, because the vengeance of our God happens when He comes a second time.

In Luke 4, Jesus quotes from Isaiah 61, and truncates the verse, then HE CLOSES THE BOOK.

Afterward saying,
21 And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”

And so it was. But the rest of that verse, He fulfills when He comes again, the second time, it is the DAY of VENGEANCE of our God.

Yes, I agree whole-heartedly.

I could sit down and categorize how peoples in different groups allow themselves to be influenced by their flesh into those various false ideas, but it would be waste of time. God allows His people to be tested, to see if we will follow Him or not.

It is written we have been raised with Christ into His resurrection right NOW, not at the second coming We are therefore seated with Him in heavenly places which is what Ephesians 2...
