For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

What you posted as a verse is not the Gospel......its a partial explanation of the KOG.

Also..

Paul's Gospel is the same as what God gave to Abraham. = "Abraham believed God and (his faith) was counted unto him as Righteousness"

To preach the kingdom IS to preach the gospel.
Paul preached the heavenly kingdom..................[2Ti 4:18 KJV] 18 And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve [me] unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

I will say that the kingdom of God is used to describe the Davidic earthly kingdom.. Matthew calls it the kingdom of heaven. It can be seen they are the same......................[Mat 4:17 KJV] 17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
[Mar 1:15 KJV] 15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Paul, however, did not preach the kingdom of God as being the Davidic kingdom. Here is how preached the kingdom of God in this verse.................[Act 28:23 KJV] 23 And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into [his] lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and [out of] the prophets, from morning till evening.....................Paul was preaching the kingdom of God as persuading them concerning Jesus Christ not the earthly kingdom

You are right Paul preached our justification without works without having to go thru Israel without covenants
John 3:16 however is NOT preaching Paul's gospel. for a couple reasons. Paul's gospel was a mystery.......................[Eph 6:19 KJV] 19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,.....................the gospel Paul preached was a mystery hid in God until revealed to Paul. Often ignored is John 3:18,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,[Jhn 3:18 KJV] 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God...............John in verse 18 isnt preaching the cross for salvation but only faith in his name.
Everyone MUST go thru ISRAEL in order to be "Born from Above" = JESUS said so

John 3:16 however is NOT preaching Paul's gospel.

John 3:16 is Paul's teaching in 1 Corin 15:3

Notice that John 3:16, says that "God GAVE His Son".

A.) God gave His Son TO THE CROSS, for our sins..

So, this is what Paul teaches in 1 Cor 15:3

"(Christ) Died for our sins"......... (On the Cross).

And Notice that John teaches that eternal life is gained by BELIEVING.........and that is Paul's Gospel... "All who believe in Jesus shall be saved"......."As many as received Him".... by Faith.
= "Abraham BELIEVED God, and it (his faith) was counted (imputed) unto him for Righteousess"..... and that is Paul's Gospel.

God's = "Grace through Faith".

"Justification BY Faith"..without works or water baptism.

And any gentile who believes that is as saved as any Jew that does. Your arguments are getting sillier by the hour.
The argument was that the gospel Peter and the apostles preached was only to believe on the name of Jesus. For eternal life they had to believe he was the Christ, the Son of God. I said nothing about Gentiles unable to be saved. Gentiles were saved by Peter's preaching in Acts 10

Every Gentile must believe this as well. If they don't they cannot be saved. Can you point out one gentile person who was saved that didn't believe in His name?
You are harping on Gentiles.....once again Gentiles could be saved as well as seen in Acts 10.
The point is Peter's gospel was to believe on his name THAT'S ALL THEY HAD TO BELIEVE. Thats not Paul's gospel.

Wrong again @Doug

Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
and that every tongue should confess that (Name) Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father

So, The Thread's Topic is asking what it means if there is "no more sacrifice for sin".

The answer is simple.

A.) Jesus is the only Sacrifice that God offers for SIN.......so, if you reject JESUS, you have rejected the only offer of forgiveness for your sin, so.. = no more sacrifice for your sin is available.

Therefore....If you do that.....if you never trust in Christ on this earth.. then you die "unforgiven" and that is to have conmmitted the.. Unpardonable sin... , as you cant be forgiven...in eternity... after you die as a Christ Rejector.

Forgiveness for your sin, is not offered in Hell.......as The Cross of Christ is not offered in Hell. ......So....You can't be born again .....in Hell.

OK Doug.
Thanks for replying.
Cannot agree at all.

Jesus spoke of the Kingdom as being in effect right now.

I'll post the following verses but am unwilling to debate this.

Matthew 6:33
33 "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Mark 1:14-15

14 Now after John had been taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God,
15 and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."

Luke 17:20-21

20 Now having been questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God was coming, He answered them and said, "The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed;
21 nor will they say, 'Look, here it is!' or, 'There it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst."

Paul explained it like this:
Romans 14:17
17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Thats fine if you dont want to discuss it but I dont see it as a debate just discussing scripture to gain knowledge to understand scripture

I would like to point out something about your Bible translation. Look at your verse..............Mark 1:14-15
14 Now after John had been taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God,
15 and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel."....................Now look at the KJV verse...........................[Mar 1:14 KJV] 14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,...........notice how your translation says the "GOSPEL OF GOD" and the KJV says "THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD"................maybe they dont want you to know about Christ's kingdom on earth...................[Luk 1:32-33 KJV] 32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: 33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

Some misunderstanding here.
What does a translation have to do with this?
Are you saying that a translation could change the MEANING of any given verse?

I believe YOU are speaking about the Kingdom of David.
Jesus is speaking about the Kingdom of God here on earth, right now, and established by Jesus.
The scripture I posted was to show that Jesus meant for the Kingdom to begin now and not at some future time.

And WHO doesn't want me to know?

YOU are speaking about the end times.
Jesus wants His Kingdom to be present right now.

Well actually by believing his word
I hope you mean by believing the gospel HOWEVER it was known to mankind.

Or the following would make no sense:

Romans 1:19-20
19 because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.
20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

Interesting.
So which are the ALL NATIONS in the Abrahamic Covenant?

And WHO is allowed into the New Covenant?

The answer is: EVERYONE
The Abrahamic covenant was that all nations would be blessed. This is found in this verse.....................[Gal 3:8 KJV] 8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [saying], In thee shall all nations be blessed...............God would justify the heathen by faith in Christ. It will also be fulfilled in the earthly kingdom where the nations will be blessed by believing Israel.

The new covenant is made only with Israel....................[Jer 31:31 KJV] 31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

Give us the verse where Paul says the covenants applied to Israel??
[Eph 2:12 KJV] 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

5. Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto His holy Apostles and Prophets by the Spirit;
6. That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the Gospel:
This says nothing of covenants. This is speaking of the promise of faith in Christ and the gospel................[Gal 3:14 KJV] 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith...........Gentiles of faith would be blessed along with Abraham ....................[Gal 3:9 KJV] 9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

The writer of Hebrews gives ample encouragement to believers, but there are five solemn warnings. There is the danger of neglect (Hebrews 2:1-4), the danger of unbelief (Hebrews 3:7–4:13), the danger of spiritual immaturity (Hebrews 5:11–6:20), the danger of failing to endure (Hebrews 10:26-39), and the inherent danger of refusing God (Hebrews 12:25-29).
These were warning to Jews not to revert back to temple practices to escape persecution and to receive all the promises.....................[Heb 6:12 KJV] 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
[Heb 10:35 KJV] 35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward....................They would inherit the kingdom on earth and the holy city, not us...................[Heb 12:28 KJV] 28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
[Heb 13:14 KJV] 14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.

Everyone MUST go thru ISRAEL in order to be "Born from Above" = JESUS said so
Israel has temporarily fallen so it cant be said we have to go thru Israel..............[Rom 11:12 KJV] 12 Now if the fall of them [be] the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?.
