What do you call it when someone kills everyone on a planet?Christians think they're okay. - Are they?
You profess to be Christian. And you accused God of genocide!
Are you okay?
Some sound reasons why Christians can speak and should about their faith with (quiet) pride:
Hello there,
It is so easy to get a wrong impression of someone, especially when they are not known very well. Very often the most distant of people, who have a superior manner, are simply masking a deep inferiority complex, and put on this outward appearance as a defence mechanism.
Good one!
Related: Benjamin Franklin had a list of a dozen “values” or “behavioral attributes” against which he would review his own conduct (hard look in the mirror). One of those was humility, and he had to admit it was the most difficult one to evaluate. ”My how humble I was today” doesn’t sound too humble. Or, overly self-deprecating: “What was with all the attention on me today?”
You don't even have sufficient knowledge to judge yourself.
You sit in judgment over God, just wait to see who has the last laugh! What do you call it when someone kills everyone on a planet?

Why don't you ask God that on Judgment Day, if your knees aren't knocking too loudly? What do you call it when someone kills everyone on a planet?

At least I don't share your believe that God is a tyrant. You sit in judgment over God, just wait to see who has the last laugh!
And God will remember every one of your attacks on Him!At least I don't share your believe that God is a tyrant.
You shouldn't assume things about me that you don't know.At least I don't share your believe that God is a tyrant.
Won't Judgment Day be interesting! You shouldn't assume things about me that you don't know.
But I'm glad you are out in the open on this.
this is what paul wroteI have observed a state of superiority in Christians that is rather disturbing.
They view themselves as saved and somehow members of an elite group.
With that elitist attitude comes a level of pridefulness that is smug.
They like to look down on others and condemn them.
To be clear, it's not all Christians, but an alarmingly high percentage.
Has anyone else noticed this? What will happen to these folks at the judgement?
“Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee
and the other a tax collector. - Luke 18:10

So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. (Mat 20:16)I have observed a state of superiority in Christians that is rather disturbing.

I hadn't viewed that as a "most Christians" item. Here's what Christ had to say about most Christians.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Mat 7:22-23)
I hope we use that verse as a mirror for self-reflection, and not as a blunt object to hammer "the other guy" over the head.Matthew 7:22-23 said:Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
