Imagine you're a couple years from now in the tribulation....and they say to you.... deny Christ or I'll throw your grandchild off the roof...as you look at your first grandchild laying in a pool of blood just having been thrown off the roof a moment ago.
Or imagine your loved ones are dying of hunger....and all you need to do is take the mark so you can buy some food and save them from their tragic death....all you gotta do is simply take the mark.

You post tribbers seem to be clamoring for this.

Faithful Christians who faithfully proclaim the gospel of the Kingdom of God through Christ don't have to wait for some imagined time coming for us and those we love to be threatened and persecuted for proclaiming our love of Christ. Have you never heard of Christian martyrs for the faith? You might learn reading 'Foxe's Book of Martyrs'. Many, including most of the original first century Christians, like one named in the Bible, called Stephen have been and are coming under great tribulation for their faithfulness in proclaiming the gospel of the Kingdom of God through Christ.

We cannot live in blindness and dishonesty when warning people that obedient faithfulness to Christ has always come with great tribulation that is only becoming greater and greater as the nearness of Christ' coming again approaches. Telling believers or anyone they shall not have to face great tribulation/persecution/affliction as we remain faithful unto Christ because God will rapture us before this imagined seven-year period comes, is not speaking truth!

John 16:33 (KJV) These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Acts 14:22 (KJV)
Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

That sounds like a desperate plea. Don't all of you pre-tribbers know Jesus isn't coming back for you?!?.....you're going to take part in the judgement of the Revelations. AND, if you make it through the tribulation, with all of its horror and you find a way to keep your head from falling into a basket....Jesus will return like 1 Thes 4:17...we should then 18 COMFORT ONE ANOTHER WITH THOSE WORDS........Phew...I feel better....If I make it through the wrath and judgment of the seal, bowl and trumpets.....Jesus comes back for me!!!!! COMFORT ONE ANOTHER WITH THOSE WORDS!!!! Just hang on WPM, just hang on.
It sounds like you have a real fear of persecution. You should ask God to help you overcome that. It is coloring your view of Scripture.

Facing a tribulation of getting fired from your job because you're a christian...or mocked....or even arrested for praying is NOTHING compared to you trying to keep your family hidden in some dark damp basement, hungry and desperate for relief as the "beast police" hunt you down.....and when they finally do catch you and those you've been hiding with and torture you...trying to force you to deny Jesus as some will do when they see their wives or husbands slaughtered is a bit more different tribulation than the remarks you hear when you were a christian T-shirt.

Good Morning

What you correctly described has been going on since the Apostles and has never stopped.

TODAY, many of our brothers & sisters in Christ are suffering exactly these things.

The bible does not describe that happening. Saints are saints no matter the timeframe. Christians alive at the time of the trib are promised to face the wrath of satan, Rev 12.
Personally, I think the tribulation saints won't be part of the marriage supper of the lamb as this appears to happen in heaven when the tribulation saints are here on earth.

You consistently tell us what you think! If you want to be considered a faithful student of the Word, use the Bible to prove what you think, otherwise your opinions will not be seriously considered.

And, once again, you have no rebuttal to the facts. This your MO.
The last thing you'll hears is the sliding of the guillotine blade and the gasping of those standing next in line. Perhaps you're looking forward to that.

Those that take part in the marriage supper of the lamb...have bodies. After all, how can a spirit eat and the foos you consumed at that supper not pass right through you? How can a spirit chew?

Why should a faithful Christian fear death? Don't you believe Christ when He tells us:

Matthew 10:28 (KJV) And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Christ has defeated death for faithful saints, death of our body simply means our body returns to dust, while we as spiritual body ascend to heaven as living souls. Or do you not believe the life we receive when we have been born again is ETERNAL and can never die?

I don't disagree. Every apostle with the exception of John was martyred. Christian villages in Africa are being wiped out.
Currently the restrainer hasn't been removed and when that happens the "tribulations" of those days will be world wide.
You should be comforted by the words of the pre-tribulation rapture described in 1 Thes 4.

Prove from the word of God what you THINK. I'm not interested in what you think, but what you can biblically prove.

I don't think a faithful Christian will fear death. It will be what happens to you and your loved ones...friends...that happens prior to your death.
I hope the area you live in isn't part of the destruction presented in Rev 8. It'll be much, much more than a hurricane or twister can bring to your community.
You post tribbers think the tribulation will be a walk in the park.

Can you prove to me a spirit can chew food? Maybe the marriage supper of the Lamb will be smoothies.

The pre-trib rapture and resurrection gives the believers a new glorified body. That's scripture. You need to receive this body prior to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

God's Mercy for His saints = I'll go before you so that you would not fear death for the NAME ABOVE all names.

There are many far more BRUTAL and PAINFUL ways to be put to death for the GLORIUS Name of CHRIST

Death is FREEDOM for the Blood Washed Saint of GOD

I'm sorry, but your imagination has become so bizarre that I've lost any interest in continuing this discussion with you, because you show you have a vivid imagination that is NOT grounded in truth!

My father was a gentleman, patient, with self control, didn't say a bad about anyone and actually unknowingly applied Biblical principles. That proves God works in our lives, protects us and guides us before He draws us. It may take a lifetime, as it did with my parents to believe in Christ, repent and ask for forgiveness. He was an atheist for most of his life but on God's list. So He prepared both my parents, and was always watching over them. Chosen means just that, "This one is mine, he/she just doesn't know it yet."
Amen.
I lead my dad to the Lord on his death bed.
A home care nurse came and read the Bible to him after that.
He died a week later.
He was so anti-christ everyone had given up on his spiritual condition.

It was so awesome
