This is genocide:

The Trump administration is preparing a multi billion-dollar sale of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel in the largest single sale of the controversial munition in recent years, a U.S. official told The Washington Post.

The $2.8 billion package, which would be purchased with U.S. taxpayer dollars, includes 40,000 bombs that weigh 2,000 pounds each, including 20,000 MK-84s and 20,000 BLU-117s, said the official, who like others spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss military matters. The sale also includes 20,000 I-2000 Penetrator warheads.

Among the most destructive munitions in Western military arsenals, an MK-84 explosion sends metal fragments in every direction for thousands of feet, can rip through metal and thick concrete, and often creates large craters in the earth.

If anyone claims to be a Christian and supports this I'd like to hear your view on how this would be justified in God's sight . I can't even believe I have to post something like this. But then again, I can't believe how anyone could support taking the lives of tens of thousands of innocent civilians, let alone calling yourself a Christian
If Israel managed to drop just one of those bombs anywhere in the United States how would you react? Would you still worship them?
Israel is defending itself and Hamas began this fool's endeaver. I have three combat tours in my past and have witnessed the swimming ponds 750 lb Arch Lights leave behind. Nobody despises war more than Combat Vets but God will not see Israel fall again. I am a Christ Follower that also supports Israel.

I know that spiritual Israel is not of this world (Galatians 6:16, Romans 9:6–8). Anyone who speaks against the Spirit is accursed (Luke 12:10).
So you don't have a clue where Jesus will return! Let me help you. Do you know where Jerusalem is? It's in the heart of the Land of the Bible! Get a map. Look for ISRAEL! Why don't you quote Scripture? It's not difficult for Christians! I can't find "spiritual Israel" in the Bible. Give us the Scriptures. Do you know the penalty for trying to STEAL Israel's identity?

Zechariah 14:1-4
1 Behold, the day of the LORD is coming, ...
2 For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; ...
3 Then the LORD will go forth And fight against those nations, As He fights in the day of battle.
4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east.

Quite simply, If Iran wasn't hell bent on getting an Atomic bomb to use to blow up Israel, they would not be in this position. Make no mistake, Iran, just like Osama bi Laden, Iran would drop a bomb on the USA in a heartbeat. So, @ Luther7, Iran is a terrorist country that exports terror all over the world and recently, killing 35000 civilians in Iran for protesting against them. That's genocide.

Iran is attacking all the countries around them and the ships in the straight of Hormuz. The Saudi's are now fighting Iran for there attack on the water system, that's a big deal down there, and oil fields. Even though the "guard" isn't getting paid, they are still attacking. They are seeking ways to Kill and assassinate foreign USA diplomats now, and in Embassy's and even in the USA. The US and Europe are on high alert right now as I type.

I quoted God. And you call it Satan. Good luck on Judgment Day!

Still can't find "spiritual Israel" in the Bible.
It is of no use to quote God if you do not understand the meaning that can only be "spiritually discerned."

Now, if you would let me help you-- "Israel", the very meaning is: God prevails. And you know well enough, and therefore are accountable, to know that "God prevails" by the death and resurrection of Christ--who is "a life-giving spirit", who clearly stated that we must be born again of the spirit of God--which is the resurrection for the dead, that He should be "firstfruits of the Spirit."

Which is to say, Jesus doesn't even return in the flesh--not again "coming in the likeness of men"--but of the likeness of the Father, whom is spirit (Philippians 2:5-8).

Therefore, if you wish to be saved by a worldly act of Christ to return to the land of "Israel", you have not "what the Spirit says to the churches." But you have been told and corrected. So, whether by land or by the Spirit, "the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” This is your "freewill."

But I do understand. Spiritual Israelites LOVE tooting their own horns!

I have taught scripture since '92 but I do believe that if you try you can make that post, just a little, less comprehensible to the well schooled and the unschooled alike.

Indeed. Hard sayings of the truth are hard at first blush. In these times connecting each of the scriptures, here a little there a little, can be sketchy.

How would you put it?

I honestly have no idea of what you're trying to say.
You commented on my above post, saying something to the effect of "there might be a better way to say it."

I'll rephrase:

The subject of "Israel" in the scriptures is not as simple as a people or a place on the map. God chose that name for the patriarch Jacob, literally changing his name to make a statement and a promise (Genesis 32:28). That promise, and the meaning of Jacobs new name, is: "God prevails." Which, in the way the scriptures are written, is just one of countless hints which God reveals all down through the ages, "precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little there a little" (Isaiah 28:13). Which is God's way of teaching over time.

In considering then, the passage "And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives" (Zachariah 14:4) regarding the return of Jesus; in light of all that is written about the future of Israel being "with God", it is best to consider the passage not taking place on earth, but in heaven. Which is confirmed with many scriptures that tell of Israel being "raised up" first before, "we who are alive and remain" and we "will by no means precede those who are asleep" as Paul said in 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 referring mainly to the many generations of Israel that had already died.

Amos 9:14-15
14 I will bring back the captives of My people Israel; ...
15 I will plant them in their land, And no longer shall they be pulled up From the land I have given them," Says the LORD your God.

All the Israel wannabees on Earth can't remove them! Many will die trying!

I read your post, I checked your scripture proof texts that you are pulling out of their contexts and then abusing them. Abusing is a much kinder term than I would use in private but. Israel is both a Nation and was a people and may still be in the future but you are misusing God's Word by imparting these impossible slants on His Word.

I will try to be kind instead of straight out honest while telling you the truth. No portion of the One Triune Being that is our Elohime is revealing this untruth to you. (If you are being led by a spirit you need to test that spirit against the Word.

It occurs to me that this string has been hijacked! I do not support genocide and to accuse God's Chosen of doing so is either stupidity, spiritual blindness, or both.

First, context: Context is God's, not yours, not mine, not anyone's, but God's alone, and even His word shows Him breaking it for His own purpose when it suits Him. Which is the greater context, David and his own words of suffering, or Christ who took them up again a thousand years later when He suffered on the cross. It would have been better if you had not brought it up.

As for impossible...is that a confession of your faith in what God can do--no marvelous work and a wonder? Oh, how many times that stance has failed!

As for being honest, it's enough that you have accused both me and God in the same sentence. For it is He who caught me up to the third heaven and gave me words not lawful to utter...until the times were fulfilled, and returned me to speak what is not mine but given to me nonetheless. Which is to say--I have spoken, but you--you have addressed Him who sent me.
