Not at all - you simply cannot argue with History.Coptics and Orthodox lay claim to the same idea of being FIRST; honestly, it reminds me of the disciples grumbling and arguing about would was first among their group
There are Baptists who ALSO claim they were here first. History, however, tells us a different story.
NEVER was the Church ever referred to as the the "Orthodox Church" before the East-West schism.
It was called "The Catholic Church" prior to the end of the first century while the Apostle John was STILL alive.
Coptic merely refers to the REGION where that particular Body dwelt. The Church was in MANY places, including Ephesus and Jerusalem and Egypt and Antioch - to name a few of them.
I suggest that you ALL study history a little closer before making some of the historically-bankrupt claims you're making . . .
