No, I'm not. I'm asking you to stop offending those in the RCC that are being deceived.

I can't do that either. What does remaining silent accomplish? Those who are offended are offended by the Word of God. They need to hear what the Word of God says about their doctrine.

If I'm offending you, you need to ask yourself "why"?

ONE more time:
Can you produce the quote from the Pope where he denied the Creation story and embraced evolution??
(CNN) -- Liberal American Catholics greet almost anything uttered by Pope Francis with glee, but his latest pronouncement has them scratching their heads. Headlines proclaiming "Pope says evolution, Big Bang are real" could have been written in 1950.

That's when Pope Pius XII announced that Catholic doctrine and evolution could be compatible, an attitude endorsed--and even expanded upon--by Pope John Paul II, who said evolution is "more than a hypothesis" and "effectively proven fact." Pope Francis is just following in those footsteps.

"God is not a divine being or a magician, but the creator who brought everything to life," the Pope said Monday in an address to a gathering on "Evolving Concepts of Nature," hosted by the Pontifical Academy of Sciences. "Evolution in nature is not inconsistent with the notion of creation, because evolution requires the creation of things that evolve."

Your ignorance is offensive enough - but when you compound it with lies and asinine claims - it's really offensive . . .

Dualism is not Christianity - it is an ego driven quest to be right; carry on, if you must, but you are both entering a dark wood.....

Sorry, had to address the transgression first.
I have no direct access to the Pope, to any cardinal, to any bishop, or even to any priest (though this would be the easiest to find), and the church is right here when any member is here. I did write a letter to John Paul back about 20 years ago or so, warning him that he was facing a serious choice with regard to the co-redemptress issue being thrown forward in the RCC by St. Mary devotees (his own patron saint.) I told him that he could try to keep what was left of the RCC united or play the anti-christ and further divide the church by elevating a lovely saint to the status of godhood, doing a disservice to her and to the church. I don't know that he ever saw that letter, but someone at the Vatican surely did, and I am not excommunicated. I advised him to repent for the church of false doctrines and traditions contrary to the gospel. This was shortly before the Jubilee, when John Paul did offer public apologies and repentance for the RCC's persecutions and other sins. John Paul was very wise and certainly understood the quandary of admitting error on behalf of the church, given the doctrine of Papal infallibility, but he made sincere effort to repent to the degree that he saw himself able. He did not despise prophesy. Someday I'll speak with him directly and thank him for his faithfulness in a most precarious situation. Both he and the Dalai lama decided to visit my area shortly after that letter and it would have been interesting to speak with either one, but I never had that opportunity. I have no swarms of devoted followers (and want none), no body guards except the angels (which are better at it anyway), and no real agenda other than bringing unity to the body of Christ through reconciliation by His Spirit, so that we may be (as a body) of the full stature of Christ at His return, and not some misshapen and crippled thing to suffer His rebuke. I haven't abandoned Christ's church, far from it.
How can you claim to be one who is trying to "bring unity" to the Body of Christ when you make ridiculous claims and spew falsehoods??
Some of the things you have stated are simply wrong. Even a rudimentary study of history shows just how false your claims are.

I mean - even the most virulent anti-Catholics that I have debated over the years have placed the origins of the Papacy in the 4th century with Constantine. That's incorrect as well - but the 13th century??
Where did you pluck that from??

I really don't know what this has to do with my post - but que sera, sera . . .
  • 'Breadoflife'. Well that is a concern to start with. Are you so unaware of how you are on the 'attack' all the time? Have you given the slightest thought that maybe your insistence on everyone only following written texts and men's understanding, thereby basically saying that The Holy Spirit is NOT going to do exactly as Jesus said He would, you are keeping some people from Him? I don't mean from dogma or institutions or written texts, but the REAL resurrected Jesus, the one who is ALIVE NOW. If you are going to appoint yourself this way, you had better be darn sure that you did get it from Him, sadly from all the writings of yours I have read so far, that does not seem to be the case. Not ONE of us ( believers ) has what it takes to understand in The Spirit, unless we are guided and TAUGHT by THE Spirit, and that way, NO MAN ( human ) can boast, or make themselves more important than others. All the glory, all the praise and all the thanksgiving belongs to Him! Not one of us can take the credit, although quite often learned people do just that, or those who have gone to Bible school, as if their much studying can replace what the Lord can do. That, to me, is just silly of people, and perhaps they are just babies still, but then if they were, they shouldn't be insisting so loudly that they know better. You have yourself a good day Pia

Simple confusion. You should see what the heathen did in the practice of Santa ria (spelling?)
No "confusion" at all.
Mary IS the Queen of Heaven, according to Scripture.

Jesus Christ is the heir of David. He is the fulfillment of the covenant promises made to David in 2 Samuel 7:16; 23:5, and repeated to Mary in Luke 1:26-36. Mary’s son rules from the Kingdom of the heavenly Jerusalem. It is fitting that HIS mother should enjoy the same role that other Davidic Queen mothers enjoyed, that is the royal office of the heavenly Gebirah.

1 Kings 2:19-20 tells us:
So Bathsheba went to King Solomon to speak to him about Adonijah; the king got up to meet her and bowed before her; he then sat down on his throne; a seat was brought for the king’s mother, and she sat down on his right.

“There is one small favor I would ask of you,” she said. “Do not refuse me.” “Ask it, my mother,” the king said to her, “for I will not refuse you.”

Just as with the Davidic Kingdom, as Jesus is the King, Mary is the Queen Mother.

In the Book of Revelation, we see the New Ark of the Covenant in Heaven being spoken of at the very end of Chapter 11, verse 19:
Then God's temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant could be seen in the temple. There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder, an earthquake, and a violent hailstorm.

The very next verse is in Chapter 12 (Rev 12:1):
A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.

Verse 2 says: She was with child and wailed aloud in pain as she labored to give birth.

We know that this child is Jesus because in verse 4, we read: She gave birth to a son, a male child, destined to rule all the nations with an iron rod.

There is simply NO getting around the fact that the Woman here in Revelation 12 is the Ark in Heaven, Mary.

Thank you for your kindness. Albert Einstein said, "When the answer is simple, God is speaking." Humans complicate things because they try to make reality fit their imagination and we know what the Lord says about the imagination of men.
Hello Michael........ Spot on ! Yeah Einstein was truly a smart man, didn't throw the baby out with the bathwater, as his discoveries into science came about. All the very very best in your mission to unify, somehow though I do think it will take a sovereign move from above to get it off on the right foot. I too eagerly await the day, when His Body will be revealed...........Be blessed in your knowing of Him pia

This is absolutely false.
I am not on the "attack" - I'm on the defense.

I come on this board every day and see filthy lie after filthy lie being perpetuated against Christ's Church. I simpky expose what you're all doing. I'm not the person doing these things. YOU are.

You need to look in a mirror and ask yourself why you choose to disobey God's commandment against bearing false witness.
You may see my responses as "abrasive" - but I challenge ANY one of you to show me where I made a false claim against ANY one of the tens of thousands of disjointed and perpetually splintering sects of Protestantism.

If you can do that - I will leave this forum today and never bother you again.
Deal?

You don't have to be silent, but you have no right to play the accuser either. You're not offending me as I've transgressed in these areas when I was young, but you are offending God. Try reading and meditating upon Isaiah chapter 58 and I guarantee that the Lord will open the eyes of your understanding in this issue.

The idea that evolution may be consistent with creation does not extend to the HUMAN person but to NON-human species.
Certain species HAVE evolved from their original state and that is plain and simply fact. For example, certain types is finches have grown in length over time to make them more adaptable to their environments. This isn't an "anti-Creation" statement - but a fact.

This false, anti-Catholic notion that the Pope is an "anti-creationist" is really an asinine leap into fantasy-land.
You guys need to get your facts straight . . .

Actually the woman is the nation Israel, but since you are Roman Catholic I wouldn't expect you to have grown past the deception. You can never grow past a lie that you believe.

Not sure what you mean here.
His Body was "revealed" about 2000 years ago and has continued to grow ever since.

I answered and more. I even gave an example, which also shows where you stumbled...but you did not hear.
Then, maybe you can point me to the post. I may have missed it.

This is another misquote, but like I said, either you are a false witness under the condemnation of a Holy God, or you just have incredibly awful reading comprehension. You can abandon this site for some other one where people don't know you, but no matter where you run, you will still be you. Repent and be blessed.
