Mattew 10:6 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
This verse clearly tells the believers what they are to do.

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
Anything we ask so clear. We need to ask and then believe and then we Will recive it. So clear. We need to go we need to ask. we need to believe.

John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
So the Father is getting glory through the Son because of what we ask and do for Him.
So if we Do nothing NO glory for God. If we keep it a secret like you are teaching NO glory for God. If we dont share our experiance No glory for God. Picture starting to build up for you yet?

Your commision is very clear in scripture. Go and preach the Good News. How can you set the captives free and not share Gods glory to a lost world. Why would you see demons cast out lepers set free the blind see and the deaf hear and keep it a secret? Why is it bragging or boasting to share what God is doing through you. That is called giving testimony to God glory. You are either totally ignorant on the subjest . Or you are telling blatant lies. which is it. You can not justify your misquoting scriptures and twisting them to suit your self. That is called self preservation. You are covering for your self. You are not doing God ay favours here by lying. I have seen enough of you telling everyone your church is the only way and the rest are splinters that do not have the truth.

We are indeed to to share with the brothers as I said already Jesus Paul peter all told and shared so the brethern can believe and grow together. I woke this morning with this question for God: why do we all hear a different message in His word? How can we read the same verses and not agree on the meaning?

What distorts?
What divides?

In short: Disobedience and spiritual pride.

Jesus didn't leave us with a Bible. He left us with a Church - and He gave that Church supreme Authority to declare and teach the truth (Matt. 16:18-19, Matt. 18:15-18, Matt. 28:18-20, Luke 10:16, John 16:12-15, John 20:21-23).

During the Protestant Revolt in the 16th century, flawed, rebellious men decided to usurp that Authority and splinter off. they've been splintering off of each other ever since. Whenever a person decides that the Scriptures don't teach what their splinter sect teaches - they, in turn splinter off and start their own sect. They're just being good Protestants. Now, we have tens of thousands of bickering sects teaching different doctrines yet ALL claiming to have the "truth."

This confusion is a result of men deciding that they have a better plan than God . . .

At the time you entered this post, BreadofLife, there had been nothing said that necessitated a defence of the Roman Catholic Church. You simply wished to impose your thinking upon this thread, as you have on others, to the detriment of the subject being discussed.

Paul was 'exceedingly' zealous of the traditions of his Fathers, and it led to the imprisonment and death of many believers in Christ (Galatians 1:11-24), He, like Israel as a nation in Paul's day, had a zeal for God which was not born of knowledge (Romans 10:1-4) . Then He saw the risen Christ, and acknowledged His Lordship.

Your zeal is also destructive, B.O.L. Destructive to Truth. The Truth which is in Christ Jesus alone. Our risen and glorified Lord. The Roman Catholic church is in itself merely another denomination like all others. The truth is in Christ Jesus our living Lord. Worship Him!

I didn't ignore your questions, Einstein. I answered them by telling you that I refuse to boast about the things I have done in the name of Christ.

As for casting out demons, healing the sick and raising the dead - YOU don't have the power to do ANY of those things,. Only GOD does. If we do anything good 0- it is GOD working THROUGH us, Einstein.

Stop quoting the Bible until you understand what it means.
