He's about to get "touched" alright, with a hammer, LoL. This is what they have been holding back waiting for. They've been holding all their cards until the mid-terms were over, after they had secured control of the House. On January 3rd the floodgates will open.

Hopefully it will not be Charlie Brown and the football, once again

I pray that nothing will touch Trump but what God's hand allows so that GOD'S plan is accomplished through him--God's plan to protect the unborn, God's plan to protect Israel, God's plan to protect our religious freedoms....

Wonderful post, and my sentiments as well. A prayer warrior is a very valuable thing where the purposes of God are concerned. Prayer may now be the only thing that saves him, so it's for people like yourself that I created this thread (I could have entitled it something else).

Both are Satanist Jews I would think.

Guys, please have a political debate elsewhere if you like, but I need to ask respectfully that we keep this thread focused on prayer, and on what those concerned about the situation should be praying about.

This is in the Prayer Forum.

Thanks,

I have prayed and Trump is the president by divine appointment...…for those who contentiously come against him they will be brought low...what the enemy meant for harm God will turn for good....what the enemy tries to do to him will be done to them instead....that what is hidden in darkness shall be brought to light....
In his press interview the next day after the midterm election a reporter asked Trump if he gives God any credit for the outcome and on national TV Trump confesses he gives God all the credit. Now that's a president worth having around!

Wow! I didn't see the press conference. You know, included in the prophecies that he would become President of the United States were statements to the effect that he would at some point proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ to be His Savior, and to the world (presumably on national television, though I'd have to go back and look at the quote again). This would seem to lend credence to it.

Great prayer, and it indeed would come to pass if enough people in this country truly wanted to see it happen; enough to be praying for it like you are. But that has always been the question. For more than a year now, the issue has been will the church become complacent or not. For me the verdict is still out, and it will go whichever way the church decides it will. If they don't pray, what God intended in its fulness will be cut short.

But thanks for the nice post. Very glad that you are praying : )

I am praying for guidance as to how to pray. I both want to support our president and Republican values, but do feel uneasy too about President Trump's demeanor. So it is a bit of a battle, because leadership is appointed by God and I see all President Trump has been doing.

Father I pray that you bless our president and help in in accomplishing Your will in his presidency. Please help the church to pray also and our newly elected leaders. In Jesus Name, Amen.

I think a lot of us feel uneasy about his demeanor, but it's great that you're praying for him! Despite his shortcomings, I see God using him in ways that I never imagined God could.... And I agree with your prayer!

@aspen : I told you this was going to happen, Aspen, and here we are:
Donald Trump's entire world under investigation - CNNPolitics

The nice surprise (for me, anyway), is that the Dems seem to be losing steam lately. So much of it seems to be more bluster than anything else.
But I wanted to ask: Why do you dislike Trump so much? I like you, so I'm honestly curious about why you oppose him as much as you do.

No worries if it's not something you want to discuss right now.
Blessings in Christ,
Hidden.

Well, there is quite a bit to dislike. His character flaws - the manner in which he treats people and frankly, the way he chooses to worship God (see the health and wealth church he associates with).

As far as his Presidency goes, it is marked by corruption, nepotism, scandal, incompetence and love for America’s enemies, which all put our government at risk.

And yes - the House is responsible for oversight of the office of the Presidency - oversight, which has been ignored for the first two years of Trump’s office.

It is stunning to me that some people, especially Christians, like the man.

Yes, we need to pray for him, but look past his blatant, abhorrent behavior and job performance?

Ok. He certainly has character flaws, and he's not what I'd call and example to anyone in many areas of his life. I checked his church affiliation, and if you are talking about his association with Norman Vincent Peale, I think that was like back in his late 20's. It appears he doesn't have any affiliations now, nor is he a church-goer at present.

About the "corruption, nepotism, scandal, and love for America's enemies," that sounds an awful lot like your opinions are being colored by the Left wing media. Are you sure all the things folks like the people at CNN are saying are true? Regardless of Trump, it has been decades since I believed a single word out of their mouths, and rightly so. If anything, the words "corruption and love for America's enemies" applies to them, and has for a very long time now, so hopefully your views are not being effected by that.

As for oversight, I wouldn't mind the Democrats keeping him in check and being held accountable now that they control the Congress. But this is what I expected, and it goes way beyond that.

Anyway, just curious what your specific reasons were. Thanks for the honest answer, and I appreciate it : )

Yes, that's just an opinion pit out by the major anti-Trump networks.
Not saying he's such a great president, but I believe there's a movement out there full of lies and gossip.

Many Christians don't go to church.
Just because a person does not attend a church does not mean he's not a believer.
Many people worship at home or attend home churches.

Not saying he's such a great president, but I believe there's a movement out there full of lies and gossip.

Yes indeed AGREE on all points....

All I have to say is that people who voted for Trump and overlook his abominable behavior and horrific character flaws have lost all future authority on the morality or character of democratic politicians - it is a dead issue now

You mean he tells the truth as he see it, but in crude language.... and you prefer to be lied to, as long as they are smoothly practiced and smile while they do it?

But the problem here, Aspen, is you seem to be comparing apples to oranges. Does Trump have character flaws? Of course he does. But is he part of the globalist elite, who are Satanists and Luciferians, or a member of the Bohemian Club, where they sacrifice children in the fire, and burn adult mind-control sex slaves to their deaths while filming it, after such people have worn out their usefulness? Does Trump force young children to have sex with animals during satanic rituals?

Like I was telling you, you seem to have no knowledge of just HOW evil the other side is. Ever read The Franklin Cover-Up, or The Tranceformation of America? That would give you a better understanding of what Trump is to be compared with.
