You have to use the king James for this.
And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

The fully come show they had been partially getting teachings of the Spirit and now they had gathered together in one place, to get the understanding, not of our own accord but getting the true meanings of the teachings of Jesus.

And suddenly there came the sound, from heaven, of a mighty rushing wind.

They start getting ears to hear the upper teaching of the Spirit from the quickening of the
Spirit. Mighty rushing wind. The Spirit is often likened unto as the wind, You feel it but you can't see it.

And it filled the house where they were.

And they seen them teachings everywhere in the scriptures.

And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as fire.

All of a sudden they saw the teaching in the earthly tongue and it was divided into two understandings, two tongues. One tongue is the understanding of man, or the obvious and the other, the understanding that comes with angels wisdom or the heavenly understanding from the Spirit.

And it sat on all of them
And it rested on them all

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they began to speek with other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Then they began to speak with a spiritual understanding that which is uttered but not heard without ears to hear.

And there were dwelling Jews, devote men under every nation under heaven.

The earthly teachings are under the heavenly teachings and these were men who had much understanding of the flesh.

Now when this was noised abroad,
when these teachings spread all over
The multitudes came together and were confounded
This never took place in one day but after seeing it was happening all over the place they came together to see what was going on.
because every man heard them speak in their own language.
They all had the scriptures and they all had the earthly understanding, the same tongue and they heard them speaking the same words.

it's too slow copying line for line so I'll carry on with just the interpretation

They were puzzled, these men were all of the Galileans, that means they all come from the sea of Gallily as people in their churches caught in their nets. Yet they all had a new understanding of the scriptures that the devoted men could not understand. They said they were drunk on wine but it the joy of the Spirit that they had.

You are misunderstanding or misinterpreting Acts 2. It is not speaking about getting a better understanding about the teachings of Christ. It is all about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost (please note the spelling), and the supernatural speaking in tongues. with supernatural flames of fire on the heads of those who spoke. ("Cloven tongues as of fire" could mean the appearance of fire with divided flames).

Lol...how stupid is this.....you p look st du, date and expect anyone to take you serious????
I take him seriously.
Consider the way they treated those on that day of Pentecost 2000 years ago:

"Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine." Acts 2:13
They thought they were drunk on men's alcoholic drinks... but little did they know!
Mocking people who are sincere in their love of God will always get us into trouble with God. If you have perceived the sincerity in @DoveSpirit05 perhaps you should ask:

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:" Matt 7:7
