I , just like you, USED to be in all “kinds” of danger—— and for a lot worse things than merely calling somebody a “ fool”.....even Paul called people “ Fools”.....
Jesus was under the Law and He preached the Law.....thank God, literally, those days are long gone....I live in the Age Of Grace and inspired by Jesus, Paul let’s us know that if we REST in His Gospel Of Grace PLUS NOTHING , God will Save us to the UTTERMOST......Jesus will Present us Before His Father as “ BLAMELESS”.....That's a Promise Of God, either you believe it or you do not believe it....calling somebody a” fool” is not nice , but sometimes it’s the truth......regardless I can call you or anybody else whatever may come from my mind , and if God deems it as something that is wrong, He will Chastise me for it......it has nothing to do with putting me in jeopardy of Hell- Fire and Damnation.....Under Grace( or stick with the Law , if you area FOOL enough to think that you can meet the requirements set by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount—- impure thoughts = Adultery ,etc—-) yes, Under Grace , when I sin by calling somebody a Fool or MUCH WORSE , I do the same thing with that Sin that God does—— I put it on the Cross.And Leave it there .
