Sniper, we still have to argue out that 1,000 year reign before we figure out where we go after the rapture.........so much doctrine to cover on Forums........

What this "rapture" believer holds to is that the Church is "raptured" before the 7 year Tribulation commences. And that the Church returns with Jesus Chirst at the 2nd coming. Then we're ready to rock with Christ down here for His 1000 year reign. That's what I've held to for the past 10 years.
ohh Robster...if the believers are raptured before the tribulation then why do we have Revelation telling us what is going to happen to us during the tribulation. Who is it that is going to stand against satan and let the Holy Spirit speak and work through them?HMM? Those who are not in Christ will not be able to resist satan. The only people who have been or will be "raptured" are those who have allready physically died and gone to be with the Lord God. It is up to us who have God's Word or "mark" in our mind and lives who are alive when satan get here to fight against his lies and deceptions. When he is proclaiming to be Christ when in fact he is the antichrist. it will be up to us to stand up and proclaim that he is not Christ but the devil.
How will we know when Christ has returned to start His millenial reign? I believe it will be when this old broken down body goes away and my new spirit filled body takes it's place. I mean it says "Christ will return in the twinkling of an eye" So if one second this old painful body is here and the next it ain't. Then I will know Christ is here and I will celebrate and know the war with satan is over

Take a side? The Word says by his stripes we are healed. I proved in another thread that this is not just some spiritual healing many claim. The Holy Spirit interpersonal Isa 53 as Physical healing, and we see lots of it. So, you can't have one thing, but claim another. God told you to let the Weak say I am strong. (Joel 3:10) There is a reason he told you to say that, when we feel week and broken down. It's because His word brings life and health to the flesh. You are physically where your at today by the Words you have spoken. Your tongue is as the rudder of a ship and does steer the course of your life, Not only that, but the Head of the Church told us that we will have those things which we say. Jesus said that, not me. (Mark 11:23)
The War is already over. We have been delivered from the powers of darkness. We have authority over all devils. (Col 1:13) (Luke 10:19)
The greater one is in us, then He that is in the World. I think you will find a direct correlation between those Christians who are not filled with the Holy Spirit in power who believe we go though some War with Satan, as opposed to those that are filled with the Holy Spirit, speak in tongues and haver operated in the gifts of the Spirit that believe in the Rapture.
Satan is defeated, and if you have never cast out a devil from someone or had a possessed person scream at you filled with a devil and run away, then it would be hard to understand that No devil stands a chance near anyone that is anointed of God.
Satan's plan would not survive if we the anointed are left here. Satan is not that big, and Jesus already beat him so bad, he will never recover power over the Church that is on the Earth now. Satan is just a fallen, disobedient Angle. Nothing more. He will not touch the Children of God, as we escape any wrath that is to come.
Now understand why there is a split in the Christian world about the Rapture. It has to do with those filled with power on high, and those that teach healing has been done away with, tongues is gone and God is mysterious in all his ways, you just never know why God killed little Jimmy in that car crash, God must have had some greater purpose............. NO, it is the thief that kills, steals and destroys........... NOT GOD.
So the difference between those that believe in Rapture and those that do not, is not a bible study on the Rapture, it is a study on who we are in Christ, and our God is good. We are strong in the Lord and the power of his Might, some churches are not strong, they have many sick, and Satan walks on them. Think about why people believe the way they believe.................

I don't understand why so many scoff at the fact that Jesus will literally rule on earth for 1000 years. That's an awesome event! Think about it. We will see what the earth will be like with Christ in control and ruling. I can barely wait! And I don't care if my job will be to sweep the streets of Jerusalem for the Lord. To see the people of earth coming to pay homage tot he Lord would be a dream come true for me.
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! How can your mind be thinking of this?. Christianity is about "me ,me, me!" That you should be contemplating how the Exalted Christ of God, the coming Son of David, will one day rule as He is suppose to have done 2000 years, ago; the Humiliated Sacrifice, who emptied Himself of all the glories as the Logos, in order to ransom us dirtbags. I pray you get a front row seat in that Day of the Lord, and get to witness in your changed and deathless body the beginnings of serious reconciliation and subjection. Paul named what you have as one of the three spiritual keys to transcendence; faith, expectation, and love. May your spiritual expectation keep you on fire til His advent.

THE WAR IS NOT OVER.
Those that think so have done themselves a disservice.
The Bible promises help from God TO FIGHT the good fight.
It promises that those who surrender to Christ will be on the winning side.
It DOES NOT promise that anybody will be removed from the fight nor from the battlefield until their part in the war is over.
It DOES promise that God will be with us.
Any other gospel is nothing but a cowardly denial of the spirit of the Bible and of sane and sober observations of the reality of life all around us.
Life can be hard and tough and is almost always a struggle. Do yourself a favor and look for help from Christ.
Put your comic book theology away. It's only good for fools and young children.
Let us gird ourselves up like warriors and face the task before us with courage in the knowledge that Christ our Captain will yet lead us to victory.
The victory is promised, but is not yet upon us. It has to be worked for and suffered for and for some - died for.
Have you yielded your life to the point of death for Christ? If you're reading this, I'd assume you haven't.
We must all fight the good fight for Christ, for it is still upon us.
you know what, my son had to get bone marrow transplants, spinal taps, and bone marrow removed from his hip everyday for nine days. On the tenth day they could not find cancer, and this is after they told me he would not make it. Satan is defeated.
Some put bleach and something else in my coffee at work because they hated the fact I was a Christian. I took a big gulp of that and it burned horribly all the way down. I just said thank you lord that you said if I drink any deadly thing it would not harm me. and that was that, the pain stopped immediately. Satan is defeated.
I would pray next time before you go making silly post like this, because my question is, what do you know about faith, and believeing God.

Amazing details right there Brother Mike! Praise God for being of good cheer to heal all those who believe! Praise the Holy Spirit for giving so many important details about Jesus' healing miracles and how to initiate healing from the Lord. Brother Mike is right. The devil has had his goose cooked. Use that authority. I'm using it for the first time now, thanks to Brother Mike, and freedom and victory has never tasted so sweet. Praise God for opening the ears of those who want to know God's will on everything!
If we as the church is gone before the tribulation. Who will stand up against satan and show him to be the deceiver that he is. Those who are left behind. They were fooled by him already, that's the reason they are still here. As I said before if you believe we are all gone before the tribulation then you are saying that Revealation is a lie and doesn't happen. No we will be here during the tribulation, we will be the ones leading the fight against the antichrist calling him a liar when he proclaims he is Christ. We are the ones that the Holy Spirit will be speaking through. We are the ones who will be working to help our loved ones and others see that he is lying and trying to condemn them to hell forever. It happens during the tribulation. But if we don't suceed in helping our loved ones during the trib then we will still have one last chance during the millenium. Then the final Judgement Day before God and Christ.
We are saved by Christ's dying on the cross. Nothing satan can do can hurt us as long as we believe and do not be deceived by him. BUT...THE WAR WITH SATAN IS NOT OVER! Not by a long shot, not yet. Worse is yet to come. And much is still required of us by God. Wait and see.
The war with satan is not ours to overcome. The Lord is going to deal direct with him. There are plenty of people that will be saved during the Tribulation. But the saints will not overcome him. What is it with some of you Christians thinking you're Rambo? :lol:
We defeated him during the First Earth Age we will do it again.
