I had a dream a few months ago that I was drawing outside of church and it started looking stormy in the sky. I seen tornados everywhere forming. I told everyone to look. It started storming and I ran inside the church with other people. I went into this room in the church and it had a door and I opened it to see what was happening. A huge kings crown formed in the sky with shades of purple behind it. Tons of birds came flying around and made a formation around the crown. I heard music in the background. Comets started shooting through the air and all the small tornados formed into one huge one and it was coming towards us all. I yell he is coming. This dream was very odd for me to have because I used to believe when I was younger...but lost my belief as I got older. I felt that this was a powerful dream and wanted to share. It made me think that maybe he has heard me and this is a sign from him of things to come. Hope you all have a good day.
If the dream was from the Holy Spirit giving you a definite message, you would know without a doubt what it meant without anyone else having to interpret it for you. Also, the dream would directly relate to something that God has already spoken through the Scriptures.

Interpreting dreams through symbols is New Age, and there are plenty of New Age sites that explain those symbols. Some may see that type of interpretation as divination.

I've had many 'God dreams' and like you I always know without a doubt that they are Spirit inspired and I always understand them.

I have had God-dreams and visions since I came to Christ at age 13. Most of the time, I do know the meaning and sometimes, I know in part and it is revealed (to me) later. I don't always know how or when they will come to pass.

If a dream or vision doesn't line up with Scripture, or principles in Scripture, it should be discounted. (I am not saying this in relation to the OP. I don't see anything that would contradict Scripture.)

I've been having them since I was a newish christian but not so much lately. If I don't fully understand straight away I ask him to show me. And I know they are God dreams and I can always remember them exactly when I wake.

She, like myself have zero interest in them Farouk.

LoL. Farouk never misses an opportunity to discuss it though, does he. :)
Even if it was a dream or vision. It still made me question my spirituality and where I am with it. So it was a positive thing for me whether it was a sign or not. :)

Good perspective. :) And despite his better qualities, Paul Christensen is one of the ones you'll need some armor for. Though politely, he won't hesitate to inform you that instead of being from God your dreams are suspect, and if you're not careful you may be riding around on a broom soon, LoL.

God bless, and that's why I gave you the heads up. ;)

I keep having dreams about my old pickup truck. Someone could make a country song about pickup trucks in heaven.

I also have dreams over the last few years about tornados.

To think that you have to watch out for people on Christian forum is quite sad to me.

Well, yes. But we are all imperfect human beings, and all capable of adopting misconceived notions. When we feel other believers are in danger, there is a natural tendency to want to warn them. The problem comes in when we are misguided ourselves, whether doctrinally, spiritually, politically or in any other way. Then the need to correct becomes a hindrance to others rather than a blessing.

It's just the way it is. The enemy works overtime at causing Christians to sin against one another, whether knowingly or unknowingly, so walking in forgiveness towards one another is vital.
