does it make sense that a women wears hair covering???

Another oldie. I've heard it all before. Today is different from biblical times and sometimes it is necessary to wear a head covering for both male and female and sometimes it is not. In our church we do not wear head coverings but I know that in others they do. It is a matter of individual choice.

Perhaps a place to start on your question is with these verses... but you may come to see that people will disagree as to what conclusions should be drawn:
"Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man." I Cor 11:4-7
The need to be covered is first seen way back in the Book of Genesis. From naked to leaves to skins to the Holy Ghost may be the steps taken, but what and where is the goal?
