Good and evil from the tree of knowledge was Choices without considering God.

You can't have direct proof, that would ruin your choice to believe. God doesn't force His Will ..you have to choose it.

Choose to know good and evil that includes GOD in the choice.

He told them that tree would cause death.

death is leaving God out of your choices.

it was temptation to leave God out of their lives.

the tree of knowledge is a literal tree (tree chart) of choices using man's knowledge without involving God.

I'm done with atheists saying Adam and Eve couldn't make an informed choice.
They knew what good and evil was ..it was about which brand they were going to use ..God or beast.

The first sin is the first choice in the dead tree chart of choices. It caused corrupted flesh for mankind. Adam handed the keys of death over to satan when choosing it. Christ had victory over death and won them back for us.

You only need to choose Life once to branch off into the Tree Chart of Life.

"good and evil" is the same thing as saying "choices", you choose between good and bad.

eating evil fruit is making the bad choice, but any choice from that tree is death.

The tree of knowledge symbolized the absolute knowledge of good and bad (or evil) that only God has and only can possess. Besides being our Creator, this is why he has the right to set standards and laws as our ruler.

sin, literally, is not compatible with infinity. sin is finite, about yourself. God is trying to give us The Way to be compatible with Righteousness.

Your conscience gets Flamed with Righteousness and can't Choose God after physical death.

You don't find accurate science in the Bible because that would have created direct proof. God gave prophets the visions they needed to see. Literarily EVERYTHING in this reality is set to give you an excuse if you want it.
Direct proof ends your Free Will Choice to Choose God's Will.

Tree in the Garden! Like the Garden of Eden? I think the trees represent a choice chart of good and bad. The tree of knowledge doesn’t involve God in the choice.

I don't think the trees were physical. Temptation happened in the mind of Jesus in the desert ..so why didn't it happen the same way for Adam?

We each have a timeline with decision trees along it. The question is ..is the root node Righteous or self-righteous? Spiritual Circumcision changes the root node.

The tree of the knowledge of good and evil basically represents God's rulership. That the Only True God knows what is good or what is in the best interests of what he created and The Only True God knows what is evil or what is not in the best interests of what he created. By Adam and Eve being disobedient to the command to not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil they chose the rulership of someone else's rather than the Only True God rulership. That person is the original serpent Satan the Devil.

Tree of Life Choice Timeline is hovering over our death timeline. When we open our mind/door to Christ, we grab hold of the Life Timeline via spirit. When we physically die we still have the connection to Life and let go of death.

God spoke in parables and without a parable He did not speak. A parable is an earthly story with a heavenly meaning.

Adam and Eve were created perfect but then the test came not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. We know what happened and the rest is history.

The Tree of Life as it's also called represents the second person of the Trinity, who has experienced the good and the evil. As God He was good and without sin, but as man He was laden with the sins of those who are to become saved.

Yes Jesus is the one that came down from heaven who is the bread of life that we eat off. Adam and Eve were forbidden to eat off of the Tree of Life because there was no need as they were created perfect. As long as they were obedient they could have lived forever. They were the only ones who had a "free will" but lost it and as the progenitors of mankind, we have inherited their original sin hence the reason we need a Savior and be born again.
