So will that be enough time to add his name back to the ballot? What about the mail ins?
When Trump took the case to the Supreme Court, Colorado was prevented from removing his name pending their decision.
His name appears on the ballots already and they would have to scramble to print new ballots without his name, if the Colorado Sec of State were to prevail in court.
Highly unlikely. Expect a 9-0 ruling against them.

If SCOTUS rules against Trump,kiss America's Constitutional Democratic Republic history goodbye. For that has then been reconciled to the status of myth.
