pharasees and unbelivers CAN NOT BLASPHEMY AGAINST A HOLY SPIRIT THEY NEVER RECIEVED
Doesn't Mark 3:30 say that the pharisees blaspheme because they say He hath an unclean spirit?

Kriss I would like to address your #56 post one at a time.#1 we will just have to disagree because I see in Mark 3:30 when it says BECAUSE it refers to vs. 29 the unpardonable sin.#2 we are under grace, but if we deny the power of the Holy Spirit, we reject that grace.

You can figure this out yourself if you learn to ask the right questionsIt isnt hidden information you just need to learn the right questions to answers then one can figure out whats being said

This has nothing to do with the pharisees they are blaspheming Christ he then uses this situation to teach us about blasphemy 28Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: He is saying do not concerned about these pharesee's all blabphemy will be forgiven men 29But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation. So the question is what is this blasphemy of the holy spirit an who can commit it?#2 accepting or rejecting grace is a choice of free will its has nothing to do with blashepme

But they blasphemed the power behind Christ work. That is the Holy Spirit.

#3 says that the only one that has recieved eternal damnation is Satan. What about those that rejected God before they died?

So we have two questions #1 what is blashempy of the holy spirit and who can comit it?#2 If no man is yet judged, to eternal damnation. who is this refering to?and when does it happen? If you take a stand that Christ died for all sins and at this time all sins can be forgiven this can not be talking about now or the past So when ?

You are right the judgement seat will happen at the end of this age. So will these have a chance? John 3:18 says that he that believeth not is condemned already, because he had not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Wait a second here.We agree that we have have to repent before we receive God's freely given Grace and the forgiveness of our sins. If the unforgivable sin was merely those that refused God and mocked Christ, what about Paul? Wouldn't God have had to bend the rules for him considering he not only mocked but killed anyone that followed Christ? What I am trying to get it at here is that the unforgivable sin is not just refusing to be saved...we have to believe on Christ and the Holy Spirit is conditional with that:John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Titus 3:5
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
The passage in Luke contains the entire key to understanding the unforgivable sin:Luke 12:11-12
And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
Verse 13 then moves on to another in the company asking a question. This is confirmed elsewhere:Luke 21:12-15
But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.
Mark 13:11
But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

Can there be salvation without the Holy Spirit? What do you mean by the Holy Spirit being conditional?

Didn't Paul persecute the church, disciples. He said in 1 Tim. 1:13 He did it out of unbelief, ignorance. When Paul persecuted the church it was the same as persecuting Jesus because the church is the body of Christ.I do not see where Paul blasphemed the Holy Spirit. He did not say the power of Holy Spirit was of the devil. He just persecuted the people-Jesus. The sin against Jesus will be forgiven. This is how I understand it so far.

Well, in that case, thanks for clarifying that for me because this statement led me to believe otherwise.
But they blasphemed the power behind Christ work. That is the Holy Spirit.

Can there be salvation without the Holy Spirit? What do you mean by the Holy Spirit being conditional?
The Holy Spirit is conditional in that one has to accept God = The Son = Holy Spirit in order to receive God into them. He's not going to dwell in someone who is not Christian although he certainly may use them for His purpose.I brought this up because of the previous statement. Assuming that blaspheming the Holy Spirit is the same as blaspheming Christ is a connection that cannot be made.
I do not see where Paul blasphemed the Holy Spirit. He did not say the power of Holy Spirit was of the devil. He just persecuted the people-Jesus. The sin against Jesus will be forgiven. This is how I understand it so far.
And therein lies my point, which specifies that blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is something entirely different. I've tried to establish the conditions of it in my previous post with the references to it in Scripture.

Paul persecuted Jesus-church, his blaspheme was against the church. Where did Paul say that the church was under the power of Satan? Where did he blaspheme the Holy Spirit? He did not blaspheme against the Holy Spirit. The pharisees blaspheme the Holy Spirit, because it says they stated that Jesus power(the Holy Spirit) was of the devil. This was slandering the work of the Holy Spirit (causing injury to his name). They denied the power of God and gave credit to Satan for the healing. Blaspheme toward Jesus will be forgiven (this is what Paul did). But forgiveness will not be given to man for blasphemy the Holy Ghost(pharisees).Paul persecuted people-pharisees blaspheme the Holy Spirit.

The scriptures in post #71 speaks of when they will be delivered up, but where does it say this is when the Holy Spirit can be blasphemy?

unforgivable sin is described in Mark 3 and Matthew 12.Author Dr. Henry Morris insightfully clarifies the true nature of Pharisees' sin: "The unforgivable sin of speaking against the Holy Spirit has been interpreted in various ways, but the true meaning cannot contradict other Scripture. It is unequivocally clear that the one unforgivable sin is permanently rejecting Christ (John 3:18; 3:36). Thus, speaking against the Holy Spirit is equivalent to rejecting Christ with such finality that no future repentance is possible. 'My spirit shall not always strive with man,' God said long ago (Genesis 6:3).The Holy Spirit persuades and enables men to accept Christ and enjoy the saving benefits of the gospel [John 16:8; 1 Corinthians 2:12-14; Acts 7:51], but if anyone refuses to submit to the Spirit's gracious constraint, preferring to call good evil and evil good,http://www.christiananswers.net/q-eden/unpardonablesin.html Matthew 12:31-32 says, "And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come." Luke 12:10 says, "And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven."

#1 The Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost is when you slander the name, cause injury, as the Pharisees did. Sin against the Holy Spirit can be committed by both. These scriptures were posted in an earlier post.(Acts 7:51; Eph. 4:30-32; 1 Thess. 5:19; Acts 5:1-11) Blaphemy can only be committed by the unbeliever.#2 The final judgement will not come until the end of the age, but I as posted before John 3:18 says the unbeliever is comdemned(judged) already.Again Christ died for all sins and all sins are covered by the blood of Jesus. But He says the Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. This is Jesus words not mine.
