how many people have you saved?

I haven't saved anyone but I have led 800 plus people to the cross of Christ. Some are still following Jesus today but I guess not all will be still on that path. Sanctification is a hard and narrow road.
I'm daily praying for a girl who just turned 16. She got saved through a young peoples group and is a first gen christian. Her mom is not a christian and I understand she is an only child. I know how hard it must be for her to have one foot in the world and one in Christ as a new believer trying to follow God in an environment that does not encourage that. Father please sustain her on the road to sanctification. Help her to be more like you and less like the world, in Jesus mighty name!

Yes, I can say "me it"but I don't know what that has to do with how many people have you saved but I will tell you anyway...NONE. Only the Holy Spirit can save you because it says he will lead you into all truth.
