No one can be Born Again, without believing in “ JESUS!!...much more to it than that..God does the drawing to Jesus,God brings/us to repentance/Godly sorrow.
Becoming Born Again, is an act of God...Spirit gives birth to spirit?

Becoming Born Again, is an act of God...Spirit gives birth to spirit?
A lot of people believe in Jesus. They believe that he was a good man. They even believe that he is the Christ, but they don't believe that he is their savior. Paul said, "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (which is the Gospel) Romans 10:17.
Being Born of God is a Living Spiritual birth...he testifies/with our spirit that we are his children...
We must be Born Again...Born of God, by his will....not by mans will.

The only good example in the Bible of being born again is found in Acts chapter 2. 8,000 Jews heard and believed Peter's Gospel and were born again. It was the hearing and believing of the Gospel that gave birth to the New Testament church.

The Spirit of God is like the wind.
The word of God is Alive and Active....only he can open one’s heart to receive his Spirit.
Anything other than God’s way...is heresy.
The Holy Spirit is present in the Gospel. On the day of Pentecost, the Gospel came into the world in the power of the Holy Spirit. You need to read about it in Acts chapter 2. There has never been anything like it in the history of the world. When Peter preached the Gospel 3,000 Jews heard and believed, Acts 2:41. The next day 5,000 more Jews heard and believed, Acts 4:4. This was an amazing event. They heard they believed and they were born again by the Holy Spirit, Acts 2:38.

A Born Again is Baptised also in the Spirit and I can assure you...it’s mind blowing!!...a one time event...
Jesus had more power than Peter.
Read about being Born Again....that’s where the “ Living” Power is....a Born Again have received the Living Holy Spirit into their heart....now prove Jesus teaching wrong?
Jesus is the way....the truth and the light that came into this world.....to save sinners.....

You are hung up on the Holy Spirit. When you should be hung up on Christ and his Gospel. The Holy Spirit is not the savior, Christ is the savior. If you have not come to Christ by faith in him and his Gospel then you don't have the Holy Spirit, Listen to what Paul says, "This only would I Learn of you, did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law (because you did something) or by the hearing of faith (hearing and believing the Gospel) Galatians 3:2.
