I had stated in another thread that Christ taught us what happened to our bodies by the parable of Lazarus and the rich man. Someone stated that if I believed this I must also beleive tha we could plant Bilble and grow a Bible tree.. I must say I felt as if I was being called stupid for believing the Word.I am asking for a open discussion of this topic in this thread to avoid confusing the original question asked in the orginal thread.I stand by the Word and say that we will not ever use our flesh bodies again whether we end up in heaven or not. We are told by the word our bodies return, ashes to ashes dust to dust. In no place are we told our flesh will be resurrected.

Ecclesiastes 12:6-7Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern. Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. When this old body dies, it's done. This particular chapter, Ecclesiastes 12, addresses getting old and it is really beautifully written in the language that it uses. All souls return to God and all bodies return unto whence they came, the Earth.

"Dust thou art, and unto dust though shalt return"Genesis 3:19The only fact about death is the LionKingology of it-when we die the worms will have at us. I'm glad there's faith.
