Where is the rule against discussion of the Trinity. I can't find it.

Isn't it interesting that we Christians do not understand each other at times? Shouldn't we all be speaking the same "language"? Why do you think MANY do not understand what you are saying? You have access to untranslated manuscripts? And what are interlinear manuscripts? You know about some...

:jest::jest: Yeah. But I doubt it'll really happen....

PS Let me also say that @Rita did NOT give me a like because I'm favoured.... but because I took away the responsibility YOU placed on her: The responsibility of sifting God's word as a moderator... No moderator has this responsibility.... The responsibility lies with God and/or His word.

Where is the rule against discussion of the Trinity. I can't find it.

The above has nothing to do with the discussion about forums OR what the job of a moderator is OR, for that matter,,,,nothing at all in this thread. We ALL believe that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. AND I happen to be a traditional Christian and believe ALL of the creeds. And it's good that...

Where is the rule against discussion of the Trinity. I can't find it.

So you're one of those lucky Christians that speaks directly to God? I don't mean to be disrespectful... I just never understood this. God has give to ME personal knowledge that applies ONLY to me.... This is because I feel that God has spoken to ME about some issue and, by heeding HIS words...

OK But, let's put it this way: Are there some beliefs that cause one to be able to be defined as Christian? I think there are.... It's one thing to discuss a doctrine.... It's another thing to discuss and deny what allows one to be defined as Christian.

You're a very insulting person Johann. You're nice one day, Angry one day, Snarky one day,,, then you speak of balance of this forum. Funny stuff goes on with human-kind. But, let me say this. I have no problem with reading comprehension...

Isn't that what I said?? God gives us the truth. A forum is for DISCUSSION... IF you read something that interests you,,,you can then go ahead and study it.

I gave you a like on paragraph 2. On paragraph 1, I'd have much to say,,,, but will refrain. Or you could read my post just above this....(To Johann).

Johnann,,, The job of a moderator is not to SIFT THE TRUTH. Their job is really just to keep the peace and allow for good conversation. Now, every forum has its own way of moderating...and I won't get into that... however, if we don't LIKE how a forum is moderated, it's our prerogative to...

The curious case of John 5:4

Well, OK. It does happen. I took it the wrong way.... Be careful.... Yeah. Been on these boards over 9 years now. Every now and then we could get burned. It's life....

The curious case of John 5:4

Must leave. Company. Let me say this.... A bible is not necessary to be saved....there are other methods. Not everyone will be interested in theology. You are, I am, but not everyone is. But they're still saved !

The curious case of John 5:4

OK I agree. Let me repeat since it's not easy posting on these threads: 1. A person can be saved sans the bible. 2. The bible is God's revelation to His creation (us) and we have much to learn from it. The bible is reliable and SHOULD be read and used by Christians that are able to. 3. To...

The curious case of John 5:4

She gave me a LOVE so I don't know,,,I think I posted her thoughts correctly and she agreed. Like I said,,,posts are too far between and it could get confusing as to what is being said. She's saying that the bible is not needed in order TO BE SAVED.

The curious case of John 5:4

NO EG.... this is not fair. You know very well that the bible is needed to discuss apologetics, theology and the such. You and I do this a lot, both on topics we agree on and those we have differences on (not too many of those thankfully). When I discuss such matters, I post scripture.... I...

The curious case of John 5:4

    1. God can be known by reading the bible. By noting creation and how special it is and how it requires a "builder". By HEARING the word of God....in a church, from someone witnessing, must be other ways I can't think of right now. 2. No. ALL persons that believe God exists and live for Him...
