Why The Two Legs Of Daniel 2 Represent Only Western Rome

I see your confusion, Babylon and the "beast" are not the same thing. The beast w/ 10 horns "hates" the whore. Rev. 17:16. The beast will eventually destroy, the whore (USA), Rev. 18. Read Rev. 18:11, things could change but as of this moment, the USA is the largest importer of the world's goods.

Did The Bible Or The Papacy Transfer The Sabbath Rest To Sunday?

You do know that Jesus broke the "lawful" sabbath quite often during his ministry to show that He was "The Lord of the Sabbath" don't you? He did this to show that many things in life are more important than hanging onto a law that had become burdensome by adding requirements for something God...

Did The Bible Or The Papacy Transfer The Sabbath Rest To Sunday?

Wrong. no mention of the first day of the week. Isn't this discussion kind of moot considering the liberty we have in Christ. Col. 2:16-17 - "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:17 Which are a shadow of...

Did The Bible Or The Papacy Transfer The Sabbath Rest To Sunday?

Mark 2:27 - "And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath" The sabbath has always been intended as a day of rest and has always been a type for the eternal rest we will receive in Christ.

Why The Two Legs Of Daniel 2 Represent Only Western Rome

Not what this "anointing" means. The word used for "holy" signifies an object, not a person. I believe it will have a two part fulfillment probably occurring right around the same time. When Israel anoints Jesus as Messiah and King and when the place He will rule from in the millennial temple is...

Why The Two Legs Of Daniel 2 Represent Only Western Rome

Where do you see "iron" in the description of Babylon? It's not in Rev. 17 or 18 and that is the only context Babylon can be associated with.

    Rev. 16:15 (part 1)

No! There are pauses in the chronology that goes back and gives us more details about the events or characters participating. Rev. 12:1-8 does and the rest of the chapter will finish shortly before the 3 1/2 yr. point of the 70th week. and Rev. 13 does as well. They're not just arriving at the...

    Rev. 16:15 (part 1)

FYI, the timing of the pre-wrath rapture is between the 6th and 7th seal and we believe that Rev. 7:14 shows the raptured/resurrected church's arrival in heaven.

    Rev. 16:15 (part 1)

For a chronologist, that's an easy one. It hasn't happened yet and won't happen until after the signs of the 6th seal and then after you see the results of the trumpet judgments, so logic dictates that they (bowls) will be towards the end of Daniel's 70th week, which hasn't begun yet.

Why The Two Legs Of Daniel 2 Represent Only Western Rome

I don't think scripture supports that theory at all. I think the USA will become the Babylon of Rev. 17 & 18.

Why The Two Legs Of Daniel 2 Represent Only Western Rome

It's simple really, if a prophecy isn't 100% fulfilled, it's not fulfilled. There are six parts of Dan. 9:24 that are prophesied to occur. Of the six only two could be considered fulfilled without resorting to symbolic shenanigans. 2 out of 6 = no fulfillment!

    Rev. 16:15 (part 2)

If someone recovers what is theirs, then are by definition, NOT a thief. A thief only steals that which belongs to another. I could see a post trib person possibly believing this but by it's placement, if you want to consider it the rapture it blows pre-trib out of the water.

    The Martyr's Call

The Martyr’s Call Wars, false christs and deception Lead men astray from redemption Put on your armor christians all For haven’t you heard the martyr‘s call? Famines and earthquakes in various places Affect all nations, tribes and races Your sisters may weep, your brothers fall Have you...

    Rev. 16:15 (part 2)

Seeing as I believe the church to already be in heaven at this time, I believe this verse is speaking to the remaining two parties. “Behold I come as a thief,” is spoken to the world and the second part, I believe, is spoken to believing Israel in hiding. I think the best concept that the word...

    Rev. 16:15 (part 1)

This verse hasn’t made sense to me for a long time. It just seemed out of place. It’s placement in the book of Rev. seemed illogical because I always assumed it was speaking of the rapture. I was discussing this with a post-tribber but it really doesn’t fit in with the post-trib scenario either...

The Body of Christ vs. The Bride of Christ (pt. 1)

The problem with these kinds of sights is; they are prone to stretching the truth, actually fabricating a truth and over exaggerating a comparison, so for your benefit, I went line by line to point out many of the problem shown there. In the examination of the analogy the first thing that...

The Body of Christ vs. The Bride of Christ (pt. 1)

No, I'm not missing the point, I read the article, however I was unable to find a non-Messianic-Jewish based site to verify. Just because someone writes a bunch of things down, doesn't make them legit. Rules and customs were in effect before Israel was born, the point I was making is that Israel...

    THE DAUGHTERS OF MEN

Hi Barney, Boy, you like to make things kinda complicated, don't you? The fact there are some things that are predestined is unquestionable according to scripture but that doesn't equate to "everything" being predestined. In this case predestination and something being "foreordained" are two...

The Sweet and bitter little book of Revelation 10

Many members of the body are being deceived right now. Sincere Catholics who are not walking their faith according to scripture because they haven't been taught the right way, those who fall for the "prosperity" gospel and send those charlatans their hard earned money, those who follow...

The Body of Christ vs. The Bride of Christ (pt. 1)

If you're referring to the latter part of Ezekiel, that design and rules related were intended for the second temple, that is why sacrifices are mentioned. If you read, Ezra, Nehemiah and Hosea you'll see that because of their sin as a nation they didn't deserve or earn the promised temple and...
