Preach it sisterThen you better bring the scriptures that teach what you are saying and which go along with your reasoning. Because what I read in the inspired word of God is that the wages of sin is death......and that there is a second death for those who die in their sins. What does the second death imply? "Fear Him who can destroy both body and SOUL in hades/hell." It simply means no eternal life. God is true to His word...death means death, as opposed to eternal life. Who can be exempt from the wages of sin apart from Christ? Who will not be hurt at all by the second death? Those who overcome by the BLOOD of the Lamb and the word of their TESTIMONY. The only way to have the blood of the lamb applied to us is through having a participation in the altar of His sacrifice by faith. If we don't drink His blood/eat His body we have no part with Him. And the only way to have a testimony of Christ is through receiving Him....someone who doesn't believe In Christ obviously cannot testify of Him.
Rev 2:11
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
There is a way in which God is sovereign in these things.....hence not all were appointed to eternal life, only those who He foreknew. The rest will not inherit eternal life but I believe will cease to exist at some point after being judged, much like the animals were not created or appointed to eternal life. We have the allegory of the animals being brought into the ark that Noah built...signifying lost souls being saved. Peter received the vision of unclean animals signifying Gentile souls that were lost but could be saved. It has even been prophesied that the devil will die like a man. Man without God is basically an animal species. The potential is there in man to become "as gods", but the only way there and to become "like the angels" and inherit eternal life is through Christ.

But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;
