Jesus showed in Matt. 7 that doing good works does not equate to salvation. He did not tell that crowd;" I knew you once, but do not know you now". He was saying they were never saved! Yes we are living in the end of the church age, which many call teh Age of Laodecia because the external form of the church has grown cold and apostate.

But once one places their trust in th death and physical resurrection of Jesus as the only satisfactory sacrifice and offering for sin, all their sins are judiciously removed (past, present, future.) God makes us His children and gives a new heart, mind and destiny. then is a person equipped to do the good works God has foreordained we walk in.

Yet, even among that group of those who "trust in th death and physical resurrection of Jesus", there are the unfaithful and unwise servants, to whom Jesus said, He "will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites."

Do you understand what He means by "cut him in two?"

Remember, those turned away at the gate are those who were doing good things, seemingly doing everything right. Or so they thought.

Those doing the "good things"...were doing good things and then expected salvation for doing those good things...never understanding good things are performed to glorify Jesus...not get you into heaven.

Do you understand what He means by "cut him in two?"

You have shown where, by speaking against what is spiritual in general. Do you not understand that if you speak against man, man, man, or the flesh, flesh, flesh, or the world, world, world, that you are speaking against the whole of it? Likewise, if you continually speak against what is spiritual, you speak and blaspheme against God who's spirit is the Holy Spirit.

That is quite a convenient definition you have invented. Apparently all someone has to do is label his teaching “spiritual,” and suddenly anyone who questions it is guilty of blaspheming the Holy Spirit. That would certainly make your interpretation easy to protect from examination.

The problem is that the Bible never says that.

Jesus explained the accusation in Mark 3:30: “Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.” That is what was happening when He warned about blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. You have replaced Christ’s actual context with your own rule that criticizing something you call “spiritual” means criticizing God Himself.

By that reasoning, the Bereans should have been condemned for examining Paul’s teaching. Instead, Scripture calls them noble because they “searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so” (Acts 17:11). John says, “believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God” (1 John 4:1). Apparently John forgot to warn us that testing your claims might be blasphemy.

You made the accusation. You bear the burden of proving it.

So enough with “spiritual, spiritual, spiritual.” Show me the Scripture that says questioning your interpretation is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
