It really depends on which translation you are using as your source to find that particular paraphrasing.

In Deuteronomy 30:5 God promises the nation of Israel that He will bring Israel back into the Earth that he said that he would show Abraham to prosper them such that they too will possess that earth and that he will cause them to be multiplied more than their fathers.

If we read on, Jeremiah is talking of a time closer to our time than the time of Jeremiah.
