It has single-handedly ruined many churches, driving many members away. Democracy is mans system, not the way of the Lord, nor will it be when he ruling the nations with a rod of iron. I'm sure you may not agree with that since seem to think you have a right in the way the church, and henceforth the state is run.

I am the priest of my church, and i rely on my elders to pick our next pastor, in a manner of speaking also, yes. Funny, since i have started doing this, i no longer get pastors that i necessarily agree with; but i do get pastors that serve me, which is...ha, a lot more work, i'll say.

Its really none of your business. Just do what you do, stay away from churches that you seem to loathe, and know that your "democratic process", where "the people" have a say in what happens in the church, is running its course. They already lost a few members because of this discord, so maybe they'll make it out more or less intact. Words cannot describe how happy I'll be when the Lord returns to set things in order.

Affirmative Action is not a level playing field. You speak of white privilege and equality, yet it is blacks who get preferential treatment. In the blacks mind, preferential is equality. Absurd.

So, blacks in the NFL make millions of dollars...then they crap in their own bird nest. They pollute their own home by using it as a venue to disrespect the flag, country, and anthem, which will cause its decline. Their aint enough preferential treatment to give the blacks to make them happy.

the point there is that you are exactly correct; you mean "church" as a business, that someone owns, i am assuming in your case that the pastor "owns," even though i guess there are also churches that the congregation "owns."

Because the blacks are not getting the position based on their ability. It is based on their color. Black. What is hard to understand about that?

The main point here being: blacks not only have equal opportunity, but they have preferential opportunity, and they as millionaires, snub their nose at the flag, and country, and anthem. They have fouled the NFL. And will destroy it. They have destroyed it for me and others already.
