Regarding the constitution and in reference to those who lived by it and the religious freedoms of the first amendment, Malachi Martin said in his book, The Keys of this Blood...
"In their eyes every person must have the right not only to believe in Hell of the Damned and Heaven of the Saved. Every person must literally be assured the right to choose Hell over Heaven."
How do American Christians fighting for their freedoms sit with that?

Don't be sidetracked by politics. Socialism, communism, black lives matter etc etc etc etc ad nauseum, aren't the most immediate or the most dangerous enemy. For America, and later the whole world, the danger lies in the opposite direction... Apostate protestantism having way to much influence in politics and government... In other words, evangelical Christianity.

I agree ,as that's on them ,our job as a Christian is to spread the Gospel , and each one us within that body can do so in what ever way we can .

One cannot force Christianity on anyone , you either believe or you don't ,our job is to show them why they should.

Christianity to me is not a religion , but a reality !!!

Well too many of us american Christians have focused too much on political systems to the detriment of our testimony and work for th eKingdom.

We should rejoice and use the freedoms America provides, but if they were all strapped away tomorrow, it should do nothing to stop our labor for our King! We are citizens of an absolute Monarchy first, then citizens of a constitutional republic second. If we keep this in its proper place- we will find thast Godly balance we need.

Paul used Roman Law to help0 advance the kingdom- as should we!

First things first... and America however great it may have been [definitely not saying that it was in the eyes of God] should not be first!

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Matt 6:33

Note the following response to the rulers and elders who were in authority:

"But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye" Acts 4:19

In them there was no room for compromise even as there had been none in Jesus before them!

Freedom does not come from the world but from God.

John 8:
30 Even as he spoke, many believed in him.

Dispute Over Whose Children Jesus’ Opponents Are
31 To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

33 They answered him, “We are Abraham’s descendants and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?”

34 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 37 I know that you are Abraham’s descendants. Yet you are looking for a way to kill me, because you have no room for my word. 38 I am telling you what I have seen in the Father’s presence, and you are doing what you have heard from your father.”

39 “Abraham is our father,” they answered.

“If you were Abraham’s children,” said Jesus, “then you would do what Abraham did. 40 As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things. 41 You are doing the works of your own father.”

“We are not illegitimate children,” they protested. “The only Father we have is God himself.”

42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me. 43 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.
